Evil Tom... not only does he have to make that poor slaves' nightmares come true finally, nope, he also has to make sure the pants aren't fitting anymore either... :P

On a more serious note however, am I the only one that is afraid Lady Nora is becoming a bit of a Deus Ex Macina lately? She seems to more or less know everything, her magical powers seem almost omnipotent and yet she only interacts when she feels like it (i.e. when the plot demands it).
There just seems to be no one around (except *MAYBE* the masks) who would come close enough power-wise to just make her lose her friendly calmness, let alone challange her...
I mean, sure, storywise, it makes all sense, given she is a dragon propably several milennia old, but still, it irritates me a bit...
I'm sorry if I got a wrong impression from her so far. I'm sure Tom knows where things are headed ^^

Keith reputation as dark basitin is made now. I wonder what Eric will do when he will see that. My guess is that after really few time he will talk again to Keith to change the gender of mike for real this time.

Anyway, Mike should have hold his tongue. He was so obviously avoiding him that he make himself a target of choice for our favorite dragon. Anyway, everyone in the boat will think that this is Keith that done it as punishment. Mike wasn't nice to Keith and even if he notice that this is a illusion, he will think that this Keith that wanted remind him that he didn't like how he was treated. I hope that Keith will not travel again on this ship but if he does, I hope that he (and Eric if possible) come back before Nora dispel her illusion. :twisted:

For real, I think the comic is pretty balanced as it is. Take the last few very important strips for example: No fanservice at all. And if it happened before it stayed most times in the duty of the plot for me (as with Flora's "my pajama doesn't fit anymore" speech. Given the implications from this, that strip was all but useless, despite its hotness)

It's fanservice but this is also a part of the plot. It's a creative way to cause trouble to Keith. He's the underdog afterall. It will come back few pages later when most reader will have forgot and makes us smiles. Anyway, for now we have to follow thr group and see who will embarass Keith first. :twisted: I don't see the whole group behave well.

Well, I can't argue that Mike does make for a pretty hot Michelle, I'm going to say that this is terrifyingly cruel, illusion or no. Nora may well be in this largely for her own amusement, but this boat trip has shown her to have very creepy ways to amuse herself.


While I doubt that bothers Keith much, since he considers this the end of the line for him, it does make Keith's future even more interesting to consider. Now we don't only need a good reason for Keith to leave the Basitin island, we also need a way for him to do it; this bridge is pretty burned. Then again, it's still Eric, and they're still slaves. If if the illusion seems real to everybody, Eric may not be particularly angry.
