He... He did it! Trace seems to have defeated Ephemural!

But while everybody thinks her to be saved, Flora seems so unresponsive, heading for a fall without realizing it herself. Has Ephemural made his threat true? Has she made Flora nothing more than an empty shell...? Or is she still controlling her...? The ominous 'die' in the fifth frame makes one suspect she still has an ace up her sleeve... <.<

Will Trace still be able to save the young Keidran, or will Ephemural still be the final victor?

I just can't help but having the feeling Trace's victory was too... easy... :?

To easy a victory indeed, as Trace makes a desperate jump to try to save Flora from falling off of the roof. There has got to be a catch to all of this. Something we all missed.

Insert semi-stereotyped "sacrifice-self for sake of loved one" move here, and leave comic on hiatus for a month to keep everyone wondering what happened.

Personally I think its pretty much over- jumping back now would be annoyingly repetative-- i think the little "die" thing is just her last move- by unbalancing Flora or initiating a fall In hopes that Trace will die or hurt himself in an attempt to save her-- then again that has to be the most obvious answer there could possibly be...

Why is it that the bad guys always have to be such sore losers? Ephemural's such a b****.

I noticed a lot more detail went into this one. Really nice, Tom! And I agree with Sage, Flora looks so incredibly cute! (Yes, guys can say "cute"...)

garrh!! i wanna know what happens now! will trace catch her in time! (hopefully so..) and why hasn't she snapped out of her trance thingy yet? all i have to say is

so... someone tell me if i'm wrong...;

Neutral has lost almost all control of Flora, but commands Flora to jump off the cliff before all control is lost. But where did that cliff come from? Or is it a roof? (heck... what's a broken leg or two from falling off a roof?)

Also, what plot would there be after this, since Neutral has been defeated and Trace has confessed his love for Flora?

First - Its a roof - second-- if you fall off of a building on your head you can die- third They were on a Roof earlier- Fourth she isnt jumping shes falling (a lot easier to do if she just went unconsious than to actual get her to TRY and kill herself)

And theres plenty that can still happen -- lots of Templars out there that still want Keidrans dead- lots of Keidrans that dont know any better and lots of things that are unresolved...

the remaining part of the story is the conflict within trace...who he was v. who he know is. It's the temptation of using his powers v. his love for Flora. He could use his powers to stop the war, but then he might revert to who he was and wipe out the keidrans...etc. etc.
I could see a ton of storys yet to come.....
maybe I should write them down and send them to tom....maybe.....
