Has anyone seen an error message like this before?

Image

Probably the second time I've seen this one before, it's supposed to be an msn error window. Of course I doubt it's just secluded to msn, since whenever this happened I was having problems as well with other applications. Doesn't always show up, though for about a week or less it showed up a few days in a row.

One of the applications I've noticed a problem with was when I started up my client for an mmorpg I play, Anarchy Online, Windows suddenly got an error and crashed it. And it only happened when this msn error popped up when I tried msn as well.

Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. ^_^

Can you get a shot of that in English? It looks like the "Send Error Report" Dialog but I haven't the foggiest beyond it's general layout because I don't read... whatever language that is. Sorry.

I just think that the primary language was set to something other than English. And apparently it doesn't have textual support for the language, thus causing the little black boxes. Or it could be a hoax that someone put onto MSN Messenger.
Ensure you have the primary language for Windows to be English by:
Go to the Control Panel, double-click on "Regional and Language Options" (If you don't see that icon, click "Switch to Classic View" on the lefy and it should switch to the traditional layout) And simply check to see if English is selected.

Really? I keep everything on english settings, not sure how it could change to another language... unless the english file was corrupted. o.o
That and I only know english, so I thought it was just corrupt or something. ;s

Also at the same time I get this error, windows gets errors and crashes programs I have running, moments after I activate them. :s

Well that's what I was thinking too, however Miina has it set to english sooooo... I'm stumped. Based on the layout, that *really* looks like a "Send Error Report" Dialog, but I can't be sure. You may actually have corrupt definition files. I think there's a way to make XP replace possibly corrupted system files, lemme check and I'll get back to you.
