Allright! First episode of Bleach was last night on Adult Swim at 12:30.

Personally I liked it. They did it well. They got a pretty good voice actor for Ichigo as well. (I was afraid they wouldn't! :shock: )
The intro was really neat as well, the music fit it well I think. The ending theme wasn't anything special to me. Though I liked the Red String refrence.
I remember wanting to see Ichigo kick someone in the face and when it happend I was all laughs. Thats something I remember from the manga vividly, ichigo always kicked people like that.

Anyone else catch it? Or have seen the anime in that other language that people prefer sometimes?

I am sorry that I didn't watch Bleach as it was coming out. I had watched the first episode a while back, but I didn't get into it. Watching it a second time... I may have to catch up with those Japanese peeps. I must agree, Ichigo's voice was great. Even my brother wandered into the room and watched a bit. I don't know if he liked it or not. I'm gonna keep watching. ^__^

The opening and ending themes... I'm glad they kept the originals. I don't like Orange Range all that much though (except for Viva Rock), but this song was okay. I love some of Rie Fu's stuff, but this song isn't my favorite. Especially the arrangement. But as if that stuff matters. Until next week!! ^__^

Being a big anime fan, I'm at the 98th episode of Bleach. It's a good one, and japanese voice rules.

The only anime where english voice are better than japanese is Full metal Alchemist.

i think the name ichigo means strawberry. i know a good website to watch free episodes of bleach. its in japanese though.

Also, FMA does have good voice acting but so does Bleach. Nothin' wrong with it that I've heard.
I'm not too much of an anime connoisseur as some of you are...*COUGH sage COUGH HACK WHEEZE* but the one's I've seen with horrible horrible voice acting are Naruto and One Piece. Oh god One Piece.


I'm a dial-up kind of guy, so unless I want to wait a whole day for a episode (in whatever kind of shody quality they've got going on as well) I'll pass on the whole "internet-revolution-you-never-have-to-leave-your-seat" thing that a few on here are so happy about. Also I'm just not into the ideology of downloading them like that, don't know why.

Also Bankai means "The Best Release" (Ban being the best and Kai meaning release). Not very original but heck-- it sounds cool in Japanese...

ha, i knew it. poor ichigo his dad tried to make a cool sounding name by sticking two words together and ended up accidentaly naming him after a strawberry.
and that is why i have verizon FIOS.

At first... I was not sure what i thought of it, but after i found out theres a girl whos got the hots for me(Shes not that bad looking herself), that also wants to go to a comic convention and cosplay as Ichigo & Orihime, I think that put me over the top for likeing it... Am i a bad person...? :(

The real question is -- do the shoes fit? And by shoes i mean bra...

Yeah, Orihime is very largly endowed.



Not at all, in fact this just shows how Bleach is good. It brings people together, now that's some good anime magic right there.
