I was thinking of buying myself a few stikfas figures to use as a guide to drawing figure poses.

My thought is is that while they may be kinda small I could put some velcro on the bottoms of their feet and pretty much pose them any way I want (unlike what I've heard and seen of those wooden dummy things that seem to be a little limited in articulation), and it seems like it'd be easier to pose multiple together to get a better feel on how multiple characters would look together. (pluss some of them can hold weapons which would give a better idea on how that particular sword or whatever would look at that angle. (pluss there is a wicked dragon that would be good for a reference too lol)

I need all the help I can get when it comes to figure drawing and this seems good to me in theory. Was just wondering is anyone else had tried to use them or has any opinion on them.

(for anyone that has no idea what these are they're site is http://www.stikfas.com/products.html )

They're nice, from what I've heard my friends who use them say, but I prefer not to use them.

Partly because I get these little revelations when I'm drawing of how the human (or non) body bends and twists naturally, and it's a pretty cool feeling.

I'm still way too much of a novice to roll without training wheels yet

(dang my overly active imagination ... and hand that cant understand what its saying lol)
