you can ask anyone to draw you anything, so as long as they're willing.

But you arent very well known around here-- and the more people know you the more likely they are to take time out of their schedual to draw something for you. So chances are no one will take your request-- or at least none of the "freakn sweet artists" we have-- like Fox or Hummingbird or Rida... but the othere good artist might...
