1) This is NOT a game problem, but a technical one.

Now, with distaster avoided let me tell you about my problem.

I bought Battlefield 2 recently, and i had to play it on my dad's computer cuz mine sucked to much (won't give you the specs! hah!). Anyway, i decide to spend some money on á upgrade, and found out all i REALLY need was a new motherboard. So, I bought a *read's of package* ''A8n-SLI SE''. Having bought that, I decided to ghost my computer... Now, here's the problem:

After the ghost, my Battlefield 2 Special forces refuses to patch my BF2, simply sayng patch failed.

Here's what i tried to fix the problem:
1) manually downloaded the patch, nope
2) Cleaned every single bit of Bf2, nope
3) uninstalled and reinstalled about 23 times, nope
4) Ghosted everything AGAIN, nope.
5) Checked with EA games support, nope.

And so, I ask you. Do anyone here have ANY idea on how i can fix this problem?

It's a program that allows you to save configuration files for later use. Say, right after you installed windows and everything is working. You use said computer for three months, everything screws up badly.. but you have a ghost file, so yóu use it, and sp everything but the files the ghost is configured to accept is deleted. Voila, and you are back three months, but everything is working again. Which is the important thing.. right?

Ah, gotcha. I'm not really sure what the specific problem is, any other details you can give me?
