If it had had nothing to do with Doom... It would have been a great movie. It was decent though and the fights were nice.

Once again I curse New Zealands late arrival of games and movies. What's it rated, because I might have to wait for the video anyway.

I could've sworn I already replied to this topic. Oh well. I liked Doom, even if it didn't follow the game story. Nice to see that hollywood didn't screw one up for a change. =P

Well I was sort of thinking Doom was a shoot the h*** out of everything kind of movie but when I saw it they did more horror than action.

It still was a good movie (made me jump about a dozen times) I’m giving it a 4 star.

I give it a 4.

I'd deffinately recommend it to monster movie/action movie fans, but not hardcore Doom 3 fans. They might be disappointed that it doesn't follow the game storyline, but i guess the whole genetic experiment thing leaves room for more plot twists.

Also, do you guys know that there will be a Halo movie? And Peter Jackson is exec. producer! Also, Bungie actually had a say in the script; something most game companies don't get to do.
