How it will end has been pretty clear for a while.
Obviously Trace is going to flip out, which will invoke evil Trace who will start killing people. Soon, he will try to kill Flora. As shown previously, Keith would disapprove of this, and try to stop him. The only way to stop evil Trace is to kill him, so Keith does (he is a hella bad [censored] fighter remember). Nora likes Trace, so she comes in to squish Keith. Mean while, Flora is pissed at Keith and tries to kill him, but being sad about Trace, she is rather clumsy and gets impaled. As Nora lands and starts to step on Keith, Laura tries to help Keith get out of there. Thus, Laura and Keith get squished by Nora together, which emotionally triggers Alric and Natani. Natani sends some spells at Nora, while Alric leaps (magically) onto Nora's neck, and stabs here in the brain. This visible effects Nora, but does not stop the all powerful dragon, who quickly toasts the attackers. In the blaze, the ship catches fire burning Evals, Mike, and Eric to death. Kathrin foolishly tries to save them and is killed as well. The death of their general sends the entire Basitin race to war against Nora who is helped by the other few Dragons (they want to keep their numbers up). The couple of dragons are no match for the sea of warriors, who take down the over confident toying dragons while sustaining astounding losses. Nora, not quite dead burns the remaining few Basitin to a crisp and dies on a bead of sundered flesh. Meanwhile, on the mainland, the Keidran retaliate against the brutal tactics of the humans by attacking and killing civilians and freeing slaves. The massive attack catches the Templar by surprise, but they are happy to wait out the battle to weaken all but themselves. Once the human population is cleaned off, and the residents of Orchard valley are killed because they associate with the "Evil" humans, the Keidran assault the Templar. Not wanting to lose, and facing the massive army of an entire enraged race, the templar group together for the final battle. Their excessive, and quite impressive use of magic, mostly dark magic, quickly overloads the tower, which explodes destroying them all. Faced with the destruction of all their toys, the masks begin an argument, which quickly progresses to violence. Considering their power, it should come as no surprise that the masks destroy themselves, and the plant is left fully devoid of life and masks.
I mean seriously, has Tom ever written an major web comic where some one survived? No. This trend will not end here.
