Monday

Me - Auto parts guy! I need a headlight assembly. I need bad! Oh, and if you can find one, a mirror, too.
APG - OK! Will be here Wednesday afternoon, we'll call you if there's a problem

Wednesday

Me - I'm here to pick up my stuff!
APG - Here's the mirror!
Me - Where's the headlight?
APG - You ordered a headlight?
Me - What the- Yes, it's on the receipt, right here. See?
APG - Oh. Lemme go look in back.
((45 minutes later))
APG - Oh, you're still here? It's not in yet. Call tomorrow and see if it's in.

Customer service FAIL

All the worse because now I have to cobble up a flashlight and packing tape "headlight" to avoid getting pulled over and ticketed tomorrow morning on the way to work.

Edited my post for obvious reasons. But has been changed back by Yash to be an example of a bypass ((Which is ok by me, I have no say in the matter anyway)).

You can actually go into your User Control Panel and turn the censors off, if you like. Other users will see them as [censored] still, but you won't. That way we're all happy.
