The Volt looks cool...but i would still rather have a Fiesta. inexpencive. Been around now for almost 30 years (I think I have that right) and the newest design is eurosexi! XD I love the little European Hatch's so the Fiesta looks great. I would rather have the Alfa MiTo though...(Alfa 147 if I could have any hatch but they were not sold here :() I think the MiTo will be sold here and I hope it matches the Fiesta's price because if it does im gonna be an Alfa owner :D If not...a Ford owner again which is cool too.

Ok....I'm a muscle car fan so bear with me when I say all the new sports models look alike to me.

On that note, a 1969 Corvette Stingray (royal blue), a Delorean (silver with black trim), a 1973 Mustang (dark green) and a Charger B Body (orange) would fill my dream garage nicely

then again so would a Tumbler (Batman Begins) and an Armadillo (Armageddon)

What do yo have now?

I've got two LeSabre T Types. One is my baby and the other is going to be turned into a two door Pontiac Bonneville (just because I can and because GM never made one). More on the car: www.lesabret.com or www.lesabret-type.com

If nothing what would you like to have ( within reason)?

I'd love to get my hands on a 86-87 Fiero with a transplanted L67 in it (3800 SII supercharged motor)

What are your favorite makes, models, ect.?

I prefer GM stuff... as long as it not a 4 cylinder. 4 banger GM motors don't last well... otherwise I have a lot of respect for Honda and Toyota.

Specifically, I like Pontiac Bonnevilles, Ford Mustangs, Pontiac Fiero, My LeSabre T Types, old muscle, newer Camaros and Firebirds...

What do you look for in a vehicle?

First: ease of working on them. I HATE cars with engine bays that are so cramped that you can even change the stupid spark plugs. Second I look for reliability in the motor and then cost of replacement parts. Old GM stuff is usually pretty cheap vs. newer or foreign stuff.

What have you driven in the past and/or what is you favorite of the ones you have had ( if applicable)?

-'86 crown vic station wagon (first car, technically not mine)
-'90 Olds 88 (totalled when I was 18)
-89 Buick Park Avenue (sold when I got the T Type running)
-86 Olds 88 (POS that I used after I totalled my '90)
-89 T Type (still have, saved it from a field and dumped the drivetrain from the wrecked '90 into it)
-88 Buick LeSabre T Type (parts/project car.... going to convert to a Bonneville)

My favorite has to be my '89 T... mainly because as I've rebuilt it I've used beefier or newer parts to make it overall a much better car.

Amen to that, I had a 94 Olds acheiva that didnt even last 4 months before i blew it up... It was sporting then 2.3GM quad 4 SOHC....... with an automatic * cringe* by the time I sold that thing it was busted down to the point that it burned more oil than gas, and only pulled in about 4mpg.... I could have fixed it but I bought a Ford instead. :P Not going back, sorry chevy people.

Dislike : Doing most of 720 degrees spinning counter clockwise while careening off the interstate, to come to a stop stuck in the fence between the interstate and the frontage road. At 3 in the morning. I hate driving in slush on top of ice.

Technically DeLorians were stainless steel. DMC just polished the panels and sold them in the bare metal as an interesting/unique selling point of the car. The stainless was supposed to be corrosive resistant (which it is to a point) but if it gets dented or in a wreck its nearly impossible to fix right... at which point the car is then painted.

Its another one of those cars that I wouldn't mind owning so I looked up some info online a while back

Thanks for expanding upon my point...
:3

Also, the panels weren't polished - they were brushed to produce a non-reflective finish...
...and there are actually still people who are certified to work on DeLoreans, and a huge stockpile of stainless replacement panels...so painting is just a cheap way out...and nearly irreversible, unfortunately...

Happened Saturday morning. And yeah, I'm ok. Was wearing my seat belt, and not really going all that fast. But it scared the crap outta me and is going to wind up costing a good bit of money to fix. I need a new front bumper, headlight, blinker, mirror on the passenger side, and an alignment done.

Ooooooh, Cars...my specialty.

I own a few, actually.

My list includes:

First and foremost, my fun cars. Forgive me as the first picture is old, and I just haven't had the time to take a new photo with all the changes to it. The first car is a 1997 Corvette Z06. It's been heavily modded. Exhaust, Cams, headers, among other parts to name a few. It runs mid 8's.

Image

My other fun car is a 1975 Monte carlo. Big Block Chevy inside. Not much to be said. It goes vroom vroom. For this heavy a car to run high 9's is quite a accomplishment. Me and my father work on this one. I can't take all the credit.

Image

Now for my daily driver. 2005 Impala SS, some heavy mods on this as well. Currently pulls about 386 horsepower, which is good while still getting the 20~ mpg in the city.

And if you haven't realized, i'm a chevy boy <3.

I just bought a new vehicle today. Apologies if the photo is old, I should be able to take a new one once I get it in my garage:

Seriously, Montecarlo, if you're going to post all of these photos of your super expensive cars, make sure the photos you post were taken in front of the same house.

I call [censored] until I see all three of them parked next to one another in one photo. It'll take you about 15 minutes after reading this. 30 minutes, if you post some excuse about them being in the shop/at a friend's house/at your cabin up North.

Like I said, some of these are old and just found in my photobucket. You can see the impala and vette in the same photo, the monte is not just mine, and in my dads name, can't really get a photo of that off the bat.

When parent's are divorced, you kinda got 2 homes. :D
