Of course Nuff said it. NUFF ALWAYS SAYS EVERYTHING IN YOUR POSTS!

...I've been waiting to say that for freaking ever.

But, I'm also a "Who the hell is Zuko?" voter.

And Nuff only speaks truth baby

Didn't they show the series finale a few months ago or something?

i wouldnt mind another seires i agree that was the most watchable thing i've seen on nick for years, its whole bending magic stuff was interesting, not enough magic, past set based shows around.

annnyway as for keith and zuko it really is something i didnt think about, but once you put your mind to it yes besides the basic differences thats already been posted :P

Yeah, the full series has gone to DVD. I only watched it on DVDs. The last one took forever to be released, but they're all out.

Woot! Awesome to see that so many people took an interest in this topic.

^^; You know, a "Who is Zuko?" poll option never occurred to me. xD Sorry about that!

And yeah, the show ended, but still. It was awesome while it was around. I haven't heard anything about the people thinking of continuing it, but that would be awesome!!

And...no, Aang and Katara never...."got intercoursed", so to speak. I'm pretty sure Aang's like...younger than 14 or something. And it's a show on Nick, so I can't see that happening in the future. xD Still, on them having a relationship at all, I don't want to spoil anything for people who haven't seen it yet. (:

AND, once I started REALLY thinking about it, all these differences started popping into my head. xD But still, the main staple of their character -- all that loyalty jazz -- just really stood out to me.

though i guess you could see them similarly i have to agree with avwolf on this one, gargoyles, gargoyles has three dimensional villians.

God, I miss David Xanatos. Now, if you made him ambigiuously gay, he'd be sort of like Alaric. They both play what has been aptly named "the Xanatos Gambit," planning so many steps ahead that even stopping their plans furthers their plans.

-- And --
Now we just need someone to write Zuko x Xanatos slash fiction and see how similar it is to Keith x Alaric slash. :P

... *attempts to even CONSIDER a Xanatos x Zuko slashfic*

Well that's...that's...something...
Not that it's hard to make David Xanatos ambiguously gay. To be honest, take just about any villain that had that muscly build under a business suit that was so favorable in comics and cartoons and it's easy to make them gay.

I think Xanatos is just too hard-core for Zuko. He couldn't handle that level of...whatever it was that Xanatos had. Beardliness.

Geez, of all the shows...Gargoyles. Good golly I have seen that show in years...Though I can still play the theme song in my head.

well avwolf that's a creative idea?

I've been reading the gargoyles comic as of late it's MUCH better than the fail which was supposed to be the third season.

AVATAR REFERENCE!!!!

ZUKO! HELL YEAH!

Image

I'd say no, actually.

The plot formula is the same, but Zuko's problems came from Ozai, his father, and Azula, his sister.

Keith's problems seem to come from just his culture.

Plus Kieth doesn't have that ridiclously hot scar. |D

Fire pun? ... I agree with mister Hydra of the high militant rank. The Culture caused problems in his life, not his family. albeit, it was his father that set him on the depression track. but that started it, not cascaded it.
