Just a similarity I noticed, I don't know if anyone has pointed this out in the past. All of you Avatar: The Last Airbender fans (however many of you there may be) might have noticed that Keith and Zuko are alike in a few ways.

One is the obvious sense of duty to their country. Both Zuko and Keith were exiled and have to fulfill a seemingly impossible task -- one that they're not expected to complete -- to be re-accepted. In the end, they are both unsure if what they're doing is even worth what they wanted. Also, they both have major daddy drama.

Just something I noticed recently, and thought I'd share it with the general public and see what you all thought. For the record, like Keith way more than Zuko. ^^

And if this is somehow in the wrong forum place, I'll move it ASAP. ^^;

You actually bring up a good discussion here, I watched Avatar in the past, but I never thought of comparing the two (been almost a year since I saw that show). But I do see the resemblance, good eye lamb3nt

oh wow. Keith is most definitely similar to Zuko.

Differences: Keith doesn't have a scar, he wasn't banished by his father, Zuko's father is still alive.

Differences: Keith can't shoot fire from his limbs, Zuko has no fur...

P.S.: Not that I care, but has Aang finally got in******rse with Katara? That was the only exciting aspect of that show...

Yes if you think about it there similar in mental problems and always on the wrong end of the stick.

But, I'm also a "Who the hell is Zuko?" voter.

Google around, you'd be surprised...

But... Keith hasn't spent three-quarters of the comic being a villain. He's also not a massive jerk who only slowly develops a likable personality. Nor does Keith have a wacky, tea-obsessed Uncle capable of defeating entire armies on his own. And Zuko doesn't have a best friend from his time before his exile who totally wants to jump his bones and is the second most powerful man in the Fire Kingdom. :P

For those of you who haven't seen Avatar: The Last Airbender, you should. It's the best show Nickelodeon's produced in many many years. It's actually very good, and the writing, particularly for Zuko, is generally excellent. Zuko's an interesting and three-dimensional villain, something which never happens in cartoons anymore (or really ever, for that matter).
