From Nethack:

The Samurai, The wizard, The Tourist, The Pet

The Samurai, because he's awesome. The wizard, because he has a [censored]-load of spells. The Tourist, because if you are armed with nothing but a camera, a credit card, money, and a hawaiian shirt, carving your way though the legions of hell and getting back is quite a feat.

The pet can steal from shopowners without harm. Normally shopowners will kick your [censored] for that. You will grow to love the little d, and he will grow to love you.

All my Fav. Videogame characters always die or get hurt or end up sucking in thier next game thus losing my interest...

But as of now since i'm addicted to BIA:Hells Highway I'd have to say:

Matt Baker

Joe Hartstock

Sam Corrian

"Beans" Franky (don't know his real name...he died like halfway through the game.)

I just bought the war chest and the latest expansion Soul Storm, it's sooo fun! Highly recommend it! Was 60$ or so for the whole series. The Baneblade is a beast, have taken out entire bases using just that, 2 support tanks, and 2 field artillery pieces. ^^

If one wants to further get into Dawn of War, just about everything from Inquisition Daemonhunt.

Not that the Dreadnoughts are that bad.

Hm...got no pics

Shagohod (or at least the concept behind the design)

Sam Fisher

the sneaky guy that can kick [censored] in any situation (and for the record, I think he could top Solid Snake)

My favorite character. Hmm... That's a tough one for me really. I'm not honestly sure who I would call my favorite. So to set aside that and gofor a more general thing to favor, I'm thinking of a class -- a swordsman type is fine with me. A class that utilizes great focus in attack power and defense, all the while possessing moderate level of magical (technique abilities) that expands quickly along with everything else.

Can't really pin a particular game that has characters like that unless it's the Star Ocean series and their main character fighters.

They say that the swordsman is the meat head of the group. Bleh, if they are skilled in swordsmanship and magic, I think they got mostly anybody beat. |D
