I've said it elsewhere, and I'll say it again. If any of you are passing through Montana and want a hot meal, I'll cook. And... yeah, I need to wander more, myself. I had a grand old time taking 3 weeks to get from SC to VA, via Florida, Texas, and Tennessee. I really hope my wife will loosen up and let me go on a road trip to Seattle for my birthday. It's been a long time since I could go do anything, just me and my dad.

Well if y'all ever need anything info or otherwise on Seattle let me know...I live about 45 minutes out from there. Great place, a lot to see, the museums and science center are excellent! Aquarium is pretty cool too...course you have to see the Space Needle, it's like a requirement. Lots to do/see as I mentioned. |D

just be careful around the Kent/Renton areas at midnight on Friday/Saturday ^^'

Renton - WotC HQ.
Kent - Used to be my Grandmother's neighborhood.

Not planning to visit either, unless Doug drags us out there. Oh, I've visited Seattle many times. Fort Lewis is over around Tacoma, and my Grandmother still lives close. Out in Port Orchard.

Uh noooo, Military Contractor...or as so many who just love military contractors say "Corporate Mercenary". It's like holding a real job only it's medical military so it makes no sense.

Up till now I've been in
Germany,
France,
Greece,
Croatia,
United Kingdom,
Ireland,
Italy,
Luxembourg,
Austria,
Slovakia,
Hungary,
Spain,
and Slovenia, that's about it.

And for the story part..
Got back from a sailing trip through Greece, Italy and Croatia just some days ago. Lots of stuff happend and not everything was pleasant. A sail ripped, engine broke down, dinghy got stolen, got into a storm with about 6 metres (20 feet) high waves and whatnot. However, it still was a nice experience and a lot of fun too. It's just special to head over to a small island, park your boat, get out and enjoy a nice greece coffee and head on to a new island like, an hour later already again. Apparently it's also quite awesome to park that certain boat nearly directly in front of a bar or disco and get out to party while everyone's watching xD serves for quite a nice first impression ^-^ Anyway, for everyone who gets the chance to I can highly recommend a sailing trip through greece, beautiful country and awesome people. ^^

You win. I took a boat to three of my spots. But it was about 200 yards long, gray, and carried enough diesel to leave a 10 mile hole if it ever actually exploded.

Nobody wanted us to dock anywhere.

Hehe.. I see, geez, that sucks! Surely doesn't help with enjoying the boat trip. Though I can imagine why noone really wanted that ship near him xD

That's why I prefer sailing ships... no stench, no noise... nothing. Perfect for chilling ^^

If you want an absolutely fabulous place to take a vacation, and don't mind going a ways out of your way...

The Seychelles. A little bunch of islands off the coast of Madagascar. Absolutely gorgeous and green. Creole island, so the food is just outstanding. I spent three days laying on a beach, smoking clean cigarettes (just tobacco) and drinking top-shelf vodka and bourbon. I have never been so relaxed in my life as I was for those three days.

Noted ;) But damn, it's quite the distance :/ Well, I'll have a look into it for sure. Thankies for the tip! ^^ Though I'm more the type of guy who likes to get around a lil while on holidays you know? So I'm not sure if the Seychelles would be the right choice then. On the first glance they seem to be more like a place to visit with ones girlfriend or so ^-^

And for the story part, I hope I'll soon be able to tell one of this trip ;D
