After a good while dragging the thing all over town, Calder and Tsalri had found their way to the Academy. "Geez. I didn't think I'd be coming back here so soon. Oh well..." Calder sighed, a little worried over getting caught. Tsalri gave him a puzzled look, which he dismissed with a simple "Never mind..." Shaking her head, Tsalri opened the gates, and informed the guards of their delivery. She soon found the people sparring.
"Hello teach~" she shouted across the field, waving to the group of students from afar. "Calder, you mind getting this thing over there while I greet him?" She flashed a bright smile, which she knew Calder couldn't resist. After a small "Hmph!" from the disgruntled dragoon, she rushed over to the teacher. "Hey. Something the matter teach?" she asked, helping him up.
"Just had to stop one of my students from getting too carried away. Any reason you're here Tsalri?" he asked, looking over her shoulder to the wagon holding the huge contraption. "Ah! You've finished it! Very good. Has it been tested yet?" Tsalri looked away from him, a little embarrassed.
"No sir... I didn't want to turn something like that on in my garage. But don't worry, I've brought my favorite mercenary to help just in case," she said, smiling as Calder had just arrived, standing atop the Moogletron, pushing the throttle with his foot. "HEY! I'm gonna have to wash that now."
"You always wear gloves. It's not that big of a deal. And I thought I was a bit more than Mercenary to you Tsalri," he said, hopping down.
"That's what you get for never visiting unless I have a job," she said, sticking her tongue out at him.
((Taking a break so I don't do too much without giving you guys a chance to react.))
