Spamming isn't going to get you banned unless you've been warned about it several times before, you're doing it to piss off the moderators, or you're posting things that are incredibly offensive.

Right now you're just apt to get your thread locked, which is pretty much all we do. If we banned for something as minor as spamming, Raph and Kho would've been gone ages ago. It's a matter of using common sense.

Look at it this way, we're a community of fairly tight-knit people. If you run in cursing and yelling about stuff nobody wants to hear... well, do the math.
