Ooh, Keith's going deeper and deeper into the hole of betrayal. What will he do from here? Stay tuned next week to find out... or not, I have no idea.

I officially hate Keith*. He better effing atone for this somehow... Because he lied to Flora in a way that could seriously end up hurting her in the end. *sighs* Poor Flora. She looks adorable, too... Combined with her sadness, it's just amazingly cute. *hugs her*

I now realize something, most of keiths race are like knights, they have a hierarchy based on power, while keith is like the ninja, he fights for his honor. ( or maybe not just first thing that pops into mind..... ninja keith...... )

if this is the next part of of the story than quite possibly it seems keith is gonna turn his back his race.

Wow--the quality has really improved, just in this one page.... :shock:

Makes me interested in comparing the earliest pages with the latest when this comic finally finishes.... :)

But first I want to get past this arc, see where it finally goes....

Varying circumstances that allow me to sit back in my chair and keep an eye out for this stuff all damn day long.

Not much here that hasn't already been discussed...it seems that the theories formed around the leaked sketch were dead-on...

The art really is sharp - I kept looking at it going, "Awwwwww...lookit her little fang! So cute!"

and of course flora is getting all the "aww cute" but comeon how can ya not say that a sad keith doesnt have a sort of charm all of his own? somehow I seem to be more drawn in to the story from an emotional standpoint by keiths expressions than flora's in this particular strip.

Keith needs to figure out what he's doing, but if he kills natani that would be annoying, but make for the rest of the story being very interesting

well even if he does try at least natani has a secret weapon. she can fight like a man* and if absolutely necessary pull out the womanly charm.

Hmmmm, this is a very intresting update. It appears that Keith's betrayal towards his friends is more severe than I had expected. He actually knew that they were going to turn in Trace to the Templars. That was unexpected, atleast to me.

And, I think I can actually see the Basitins' motives. They return Trace to the Templars, and the Templars bestows them with the ability to weild magic. Basitins and Humans then make an alliance, and goes to war against the Keidrans. Wich is why the Basitins also wants Natani dead. They think she is a spy. Wich she actually is.

The near future looks very dark for the Keidran race. They wouldn't have a chance if they had to fight both the Humans AND the Basitins. And in the end, the future is only looking bright for the Humans. As they will without a doubt betray the Basitins once the Keidrans have been exterminated. And since the Basitins will probably have begun to trust the Humans after fighting together with them, the Humans will have the chance to take them by surprise.

And ontop of it all, what if Trace is turned back into his own self? Then the other races' destiny is lost. The Humans could with no doubt execute their plans without him incase he died, but with him. There will be nothing stopping them.

Question is, will Keith finally decide to save his friends? And if he does, will he be too late? Will there not be enough time to save Trace before the final Templar Tower is created, because he hesitated for too long? Only Tom can tell.

Keith is going to do the right thing in the end, we all know that. Lets just hope someone doesn't get hurt in the process.

I'm totally all for a Alaric/Keith clash of steel showdown. Fighting an old friend to save a new one, an moment that should not be missed if you ask me.
