Off in a vast forgoten desert a temple stands alone. in a sealed chamber is a stone bed and opon the bed lie a sleeping boy, untouched by time. His eyes open. he slips of the stone bed. this boy has slept for ten thousand years. he is the last survivor of an ancient race, The Jumalat. his race was feared even by the gods. The gods wanted to be rid of thier fears so they destroyed the entire race. the boy was put into a magical sleep and hid him in the chamber. knowing that one day he might awaken and obliterate every thing the gods had made.
he looked to an altar behind his bed. on it sat two items a helmet and a sword with a shieth half covering the blade. He walked over and picked up helmet. recognized it, it was called Ohjeita. a gray colored helmet that coverd the face,and two black glass eyes. it was a sacred object worn only by the strongest worrior the his people.
the sword he knew as well, it was the symbol of the Jumalat. Ignantra, The Sword of Flames.
a massive sword with a red blade. It was said to be able to incinerate entire forests was a single slash.
he tried to remember anything eles. who he was, why he was in this chamber. when nothing happened. he slid the sword into the shieth and put it on. it was lighter than it looked. he adjusted the strap so it fit right, he grabed the helm and headed out the chamber entrance. As he left the temple he couldn't understand where all this sand came from. He entered desert unaware the gods had destroyed his entire race, while the gods sat unaware that thier enemy had returned.



you can change everything. you can be any of the three races. (human,kiedran,basitin) maybe another if you ask nicely. please list speacial traits, equipment, magic(if any). please make character sheet like this. k guys, i've decided i'll be picky with who gets in now. the rp will start when i figure out how combat will work, i'm open to suggestions.

Personality: calm (even in the heat of battle), usually quite, if angered he is not pleasant to be around.
Species: Jumalat
Appearance: 5’ 5” physically identical to a 16 year old human. Slim. Brown hair. Skin looks metallic. Silver colored eyes. Tan baggy shorts. Yellow sleeveless shirt.
known languages: Jumalat, human.
Traits: Jumalin eyes are capable of “seeing the truth” (doesn’t know he has it). Incredible resistance to heat.
Equipment: Ignantra, Ohjeita.
Magic: no knowledge of it
Brief history: Born in the Jumalin city of Kuningas. Both his parents were murdered when he was 7. Enlisted into the worrier guild at age 9. At age 16 the king came and asked for his presence at the Temple. He was taken to the Chamber of Heroes, where he was placed in the enchanted slumber.

hmm.... you are the first person I know of who, instead of joining an RP or going to the newbie board... used his first post to set up an RP. I'm not criticising or anything, I just find it odd.

breif history: Curt grew in an isolated village. At times travellers would arrive (human, keidran and Basitian) and share tales of their adventures with the residents and these fuel Curt's curiosity of the world. As he grew up, he began to take up weapons training(archery and close-quarters combat) and became a natural at combat but ranged and close encounters. When he became 18, he left his home to disover the history, secrets and knowledge of his world. He has also helped countless of people ,let it be human, keidran or Basitian, and helped freed slaves from their captors which in turn makes him an enemy of almost every single slaver he met.
