#1- The Newbie Board...Maybe It Should Become A Topic For Not Just Introducing Yourself But Also A Topic For Announcing Leaves Of Absence And Goodbye Threads

#2- I've Noticed That A Lot Of Topics Go Off-Topic, Maybe People Could Pay More Attention To The Topics Purpose
