There's a lot of games these days that have amazing soundtracks to them, ranging from dramatic orchestral themes to hard hitting all-out rock tracks (excluding games like Rock Band and Guitar Hero, since, y'know, other games use rock music too). So my question to you is, what are some of your favorite game soundtracks?

For me (and I know I'll think of more later), a couple of my favs are FFVI, and the Halo series. For an old SNES game, FFVI has some very compelling music which, in my opinion, still sounds great today. And the music man at Bungie, Marty O'Donnell, is a god.

I'm partial to the SSB soundtrack(s) its all put together very well and reminds me of my childhood

Also a fan of things like Golden Sun, Crystal Chronicles, FF stuff etc.
