Ooh, I have a DeviantArt section for all this. Apparently you can post photography there, so off I go! http://fastchapter.deviantart.com/

Well hell, there's no other place to post photography so I'm gonna make my own "drawing" thread.

These photos were taken on my back porch. The story behind it is that we have a few chipmunks that have made the outlying garden in our yard their home. They've gotten so used to us that we're able to feed them out of our hands, barring any sudden movements. Heh, you'll see.

I'll post some less fuzzy photos later on, once I find the memory card they're on,

Hah, that chipmunk has nuts in his (her?) mouth.

I always admire anyone who can photograph rodents. I can't even stay in close proximity to them without them scampering away.

XD Nice one platy.

Actually if you can get them to realize you're a reliable food source, they'll be your best buddies. Granted, they don't sit and roll over on command, but they do run up to you at inopportune times and try to climb your leg. That can be freaky since I've been bitten once before, XD

And of course they love my nuts! That's Q for QUALITY. ^^

He looks like a dog or something, with his paw on the cup. :P I got lucky with that one. He froze and stared at me like they do, and I managed to have everything already in focus. In all honesty, I probably hit that shutter button a good ten times and picked that from the bunch.

Here's some more from this past winter:

One of my three cats, Snickers--

One of the many deer that frequent our backyard's birdfeeders. It's grainy, I know. I shot it through a screen door and a glass patio door. The deer spook easily, so it's rare we even get this much detail out of them!--

Our fat ninjacat, Shena--

Another chipmunk, sucking on a nut. SILENCE!!--
