Totally, but instead of engineers, you have dwarves. And soldiers become cats and other live stock.. And instead of stylized cartoony graphics you have colored symbols put together into the shapes of mountains, plains, and rivers. Killing is replaced by managing your economy and instead of shooting, you build things.
So maybe no.
