I will see your Halo and raise you an Unreal Tournament.

I prefer my FPSes online, on the computer, on a keyboard with about a berjillion buttons that I can hotkey. I've played Halo but never been as big of a fan as I am UT. :P Pretty much the same games, but Halo has a decent plot and UT has more dynamic play (imo).

It is, if you can tolerate 10 people at a time flaming mid-game about how so-and-so in this clan dissed so-and-so in that clan. That's what eventually made me quit UT2k4 and get rid of the discs. Too much drama between these people and their clans. Nobody seemed to realize it was a game towards the end, and that it was instead a way of life.

Annoying stuff. Though it was fun GMing for MultiplayUK as the night mod. Many a dickish player found themselves at the mercy of the /kick ut2k4s1 [name] command. :)

That's generally how it goes. If someone stands out as the biggest thread, accidentally or not, the other team is going to focus on you hard. I was always on sniper when I played because it's so freaking easy to do. The biggest problems people had with it was that they couldn't get the mouse movements just right.

:P I cheated, and made a keybind that brought my mouse sensitivity down to 0.50 when I was ready to start sniping. Really makes things easy then.

damn cheater.
I use maxed out sensitivity (as many 9's as will fit) on any game. It's still way too easy for me

:) I could still rack up 20-30 headshots per round, if they lasted long enough. And depending on what map. If you've ever played AS-Crazyrace_v3 on UT2004, you would understand!

I'm a fan of RPG's and games with a fantasy element, though started being picky the last years.

MMO's, RTS, FPS I play em all if the games are fun and good. I don't play alot of single player modes anymore.

I recently started playing WC3 again on Battle.net (non DOTA custom maps). And it has so many diverse games, its insane.

I'm never really good at any of these games since my attention span isn't good enough. (also explains why I suck at levelling in MMO's.)

Ahh, yeah. Team Fortress 2 just became the only game that I'll ever play.

I love RPGs and FPS. I hate sports games, if you want to play sports go outside and play, don't do it on a console.

I vary over time, however my main genre's are FPSs, (both online and single player, as well as both PC and console), Adventures, (currently lovin Eternity's Child + map editor ), RPG's, though i prefer the mass effect style, however still enjoy the kotor style, fighting games, and any game that is just completely wacky either in storyline or concept ( similar yet totally different things ). All though I am currently craving Bioshock.
