Alright, I'm really thinking about buying a Wii in a short time from now and I just wanted to see if anybody had any good suggestions for the Wii. The one thing that I ask is that you would say something that would give me a reason for buying it. not " This game rocks " or " this game sucks " please tell me WHY the game rocks or stinks


A list of games I might get:
Super Smash Bros Brawl
Mario Kart Wii
Super Paper Mario

Super Smash Brothers Brawl? GET IT.
Mario Kart Wii? GET IT.
Paper Mario? STAY AWAY!
Metroid Prime III? GET IT NOW.
Super Mario Galaxy? GET IT.

why not Super Paper Mario? It looks good to me, I even played a bit and thought it was pretty good

It gets boring after an hour or so. Too tedious to switch to 3D and hope something is different, :(

Super Paper Mario has a rather long opening cut scene (20 minutes?) and is also too colorful for your own good. Take that pic in fast chapters signature, set it as your background (as a tile), and clear away your desktop icons.

Now if you can increase the brightness by 200% and make it flash you get the average amount of color in a Paper Mario screen shot x.x

Beyond that it's a fun little platformer with some RPG elements and a humurous story.

The Wii itself offers a unique gaming experience that is hard to come by on any other system. When done properly Wii controls add more to a game and (in my opinion) make it more fun.

It's serious meh.
I can't really plug MP3, it's not a great game if you feel a need for good combat.

Super Smash Bros Brawl is a must
SM Galaxy is amazing
Metroid Prime III corruption is awesome
Twilight Princess is very very good

and Mario Kart is required.

Dragon Quest Swords is fun. It's a little easy (for me, anyways) but I really enjoy it. It's also the first time I've ever seen characters drawn by Akira Toriyama that don't resemble Goku, Gohan, Chi-chi, Bulma, or Trunks.

I did like the other Paper Mario games, they're awsome!!!

And buy the steering wheel as well.

how about any VC games, any other games besides the ususal Mario Zelda Metroid first party best sellers are good

I'm going to buy Mario Kart Wii tomorrow :) Looks too much to pass by that. As for Super Paper Mario, I liked the game, but way too much easy. I mean, I took out the last boss without any items and both pits of 100 challenges. But it's still quite nice.
