I'm kinda new at this, but I thought there was no better way to learn than to dive in the deep end.
As such I've decided to start up my own RP based around an Interplanetary War between 3 different planets. It's set in the future, in the year 3029, and is open to anyone that wishes to join.
However the numbers will be restricted to 15 people, preferably 5 per planet to keep it more balanced, as I can't keep up with too many people.

A Character Sheet layout and the rules are below, and in my next post I will put a description of each planet, it's ruler and it's preferred fighting style(s).

Rules:
1-No killing or grievously injuring other peoples characters without first asking that person.
2-Characters can be killed off by myself if you're not following the rules.
3-If you're character is killed for any reason you may start a new character (no cloning).
4-No arguing, fighting, threatening other people.
5-All forum rules apply.
6-No auto-attacks or never being hit.

Now onto the 3 planets.


Atlantiana
Also known as the Planet of the Flying Cities. Atlantiana was originally established as a pilot training academy in the year 2999. It remained like this until 3020 when the planet became the home of millions of people from other worlds that had been destroyed in a massive interplanetary war. It was at this point that Dante, the training master of the pilot academy, took up the role of being ruler of all of Atlantiana, appointed by a 62% majority vote.
The military of Atlantiana prefer to utilise aerial bombardment to destroy as much of the enemy fortifications as possible before comitting infantry.

Prantiash
Prantiash is home to one of the few cyborg construction factories in this universe. High Chancellor Andormiddes rules the planet diplomatically, making sure everybody has what they need to survive and that they want for nothing. Andormiddes has ruled the planet for 47 long and difficult years, winning every election clearly, but always being pushed harder and harder by the populace.
The Prantiash military is composed mostly of cyborgs due to the factory, though many humans still serve, believing that they should repay Andormiddes for all he has done for them.

Degelar
Degelar is seen by other planets as a living hell, where the general populace is treated like trash. The ruler of Degelar is Drondeas, referred to by many as "The Barbarian", who rules with an iron fist and cares little for the lives of the general population, believing that they deserve nothing unless they earn it through surviving military service. Drondeas has killed or organised the killing of every other political nominee to ensure that he rules for the rest of his life.
Degelar's military is comprised of 'expendable' infantry and many heavy tanks.

I'm interested and if there seems to be more interest I can post up a character.

Personality:To friend or foe who comes across him, he is a rare breed. Though mostly manufactured, Jet seems to have a personality all his own, the sense to love and lust, to feel sadness and remource but even in the face of death and turmoil he fails to find hatred in whatever heart a cyborg may or may not have.

Each target is his friend, every dead foe is a fallen brother, but even so he has a mind to believe there is something greater beyond death. He wishes death for himself. He hopes that one day someone will pass him to a after life as he has done to so many others. Built roughtly 6-0' and weighing about that of a average man this cyborg does his job and does it very well, seemingly unnoticed until a enemy's comrade is killed right next to him.

Jet knows no fear, he knows no hatred yet he kills for a better cause. But to him there is no better cause then to take the life of these unfortunate souls, unlucky enough to be sent into battle against him. He loves to kill, he prays for death and he administers it accuratley. He's a known weopan and one of a kind.

He's love with this war, it's all he knows. Or maybe it's just what he's programmed to do. Though seemingly human all one has to do is look into his eyes, though by the time you see them, your life is over.

Jet loves the fight,his comrades and his enemies. Seems like enemies get more of it though they would rather not have it at all.
