Well, just asking what are the weirdest, or most serious bugs in Oblivion you have had happen to you.

Mine was when I was fast-traveling to a shrine, and my horse showed up invisible, I tried to ride it, and went to a non-ending load screen.

Well, I've only played the PC version and I only got one bug once.
Use too many mods and your saves won;t work.
Too many mercs and you instantly get booted out of the game.

Well- i made a spell that would paralyze a target and then hit them with 10 seconds of 20 points of fire, Ice, and Lightning damage - named "Lay down and die" - unfortunately when i used it on a guard riding a horse they both fell to the ground and appeared to die- but all of a sudden the guard is attacking me - invisible- i ran and ran and finally i thought i was safe- but while in a town all of a sudden i started getting knocked around by the invisible guard... had to run all the way back to where i had killed him - his body was still there- and i shot it a bunch of times with exploding arrows and i heard the voice of the guard gasp and die...

I have also turned a guard into a kite... after killing him with a massive blow and also paralyzing him- his skeleton disappeared from his model- and i was able to grab and move parts of his body- but his other parts wouldn't move with him- so i stretched him out into a kite shape... cast a explosive fire ball and he went flying off into the sky like a kite caught in the wind...

That happened to my brother once.
He said it was the greatest duel of all time since it was with one of the ultra hard boss people.

And he also did it with a guard but he just shot fireballs randomly.

On one quest the NPC wouldn't even recognize that I was doing it. It was the one with the paranoid guy, even if I met him where he was talking about, he wouldn't recognize me.

You have to do it at night.

Did it at night. Met him there, et cetera et cetera.

I remember this one bug, but it's been awhile since I've played. Anyway, what you did was equip this certain sword (I think) and get on a horse. Then you go to the town that was destroyed by the oblivion thing. Then you talk to this merchant while riding the horse and sell the sword. The sword will still be there and you still get the money. I'm sorry about not being very specific but I never was able to get very deep into the game cause both the characters I made sucked. The first had no magic and was killed by a troll. The second had no health and was killed by a wolf.

A weird one I've noticed is that if you go to paralyze someone on a horse and succeed, the guy and the horse flop over/are paralyzed.

Another good one is the giant Nirnroot and the giant Slaughterfish.
