I am really confused, I loved the game, but I can't shake the feeling that it belongs in a Pizza Hut's arcade...

It felt like an arcade game, a really good one, but still just an arcade, even the chopper mission where you shoot the grenade launchers,

The only two I thought were not like this were Death From Above and All Ghillie'd Up.

I just got it the other day, but I haven't really had the chance to dig into it yet. It has the same feel as the others in the series, but I've only played the first level so far.

I've played some multiplayer with some friends, and so far it's pretty good. Some cool new features (hold your breath for better aim), air strikes, helicopters, all pretty cool.

I think Holding breath has been in it before,

and there is less story for all the people you are with.

It's called Steady Rifle in COD4, and has been around since at least COD2. I tried COD4 as a seven way free-for-all in a LAN shop, and was pretty impressed by it. [I'm biased because I called in a chopper on my first game which fragged twelve people before it ran away.] COD4 doesn't go for extreme realism, but are you sure you weren't playing arcade mode or something?

First time I played through, so no.

And it still felt like it was, though you didn't get points for killing people.

Best two missions. <3

I was a bit irked by the end of the game. Being the only person to live isn't exactly what I'd call satisfying.

He only lost his arm. It's probable that they managed to use a tourniquet or other such device to stop the bleeding before getting him to some sort of hospital.

I mean, just look at some soldiers returning from Iraq; some survive IEDs and gunfighting, but they do lose limbs.

I could have sworn I shot him in the head...

The dogs are pretty awesome.

For those of you that may remember me, hello. I'm just visiting. :)

Ever seen the movie "Shooter?" From that range the bullet actually comes straight down. Kind of like throwing a football. It may go up but it will arch and come down, basically on it's target seeing as you calculated it right. Thus my point, In reality the bullet should of ripped him apart, but instead it just takes his arm off.

and if you notice his arm hangs limply at his side the next time you see him.

Also shooting the dog that's minding it's own buisness in All gilled up is a bad idea...on any difficulty. The dogs scare me...

the sharp shooting bit is fun but flawed because when i shot him in the left arm his right arm flew of

and the dogs are a pain in the $%# i play it on hard and get muled so many times it's almost impossible to counter them on hard i played it on easy and they were so easy to counter
