Location: Every comic I read!
Err...So, I've got a lot of gif's that are always just BARELY over the size limit, just barely over the dimensions limit, so I'm wondering...Is there A .GIF Editer or .GIF Maker or some sort of program that can allow me to modify or create my own >.>...

There's several programs out there like GIMP 2.2 or Fireworks MX 2004. Any image editing program that uses layers or frames can edit .GIFs.

Didn't know Gimp could do gif's....yeah, Last time I DL-ed Gimp, I couldn't save, and the help menu was 'not discovered' or something....I'll try it when I get my new moniter in a week or so...
