I want to buy an ew game for my PC and was wondering if anyone could give me their thoguhts and opinions about some of the empire building games. You klnow like Civ 3, Age of Empires, etc. Thanks.

Buy Civilization 4 and ESPECIALLY its expansion pack, Beyond the Sword. Ignore Warlords, you get its features in BTS anyways.

I doubt that. Otherwise, they wouldn't have released Warlords anyway.
But yeah, Civ 4 is good. Also check out RTS's, like the warcraft series, starcraft series, and a few underdog ones I know of;
Impossible creatures and Paraworld.
Also, if you have a 360 or PS3, Prepare for Civ Revolutions ^^
Oh, and theres a sim city based Civ game called Civ Rome.

Dude, Give me PROOF, COMPARED PROOF between BTS and Warlords that shows Warlords is COMPLETELY useless, and I'll agree.
