Ok this is something that bugs kitten so much! Kitten has to rant about it in 3rd person. Patience!!!!! What is up with people? Why can’t you just wait one more minute? Kitten means come on. Why can’t you just enjoy the story instead of insisting to know the end after the first 5 minutes? Do you really enjoy or appreciate the story if you do that? Kitten has already seen people on here getting impatient with tom cause he hasn’t been updating the story saying that it’s slipping or no longer is the way is should be. Well shut it. How do you know how it’s supposed to be? You’re not the one writing the story are you? Huh are you? NO it’s his story not yours just sit back and enjoy it. Stop questioning the poor guy.

Ok now that kitten done with that. Kitten has seen this in Video games too. All action no real back ground. Even the RPG’s are more about the action and graphics to keep the short attention span of most people who are just not patience enough to follow a story. Kitten has played many RPG games and can tell you the story shorten or long to the ones she played. Because she had the patience to play it and you didn’t. Kitten see’s the future of our country as people are going to get annoyed that it takes 10 seconds to heat a frozen burrito. Cause it takes too long.

Come on people. Kitten understands that you should grab life by the horns and ride. But some times you need to sit back and enjoy. If you don’t manage the two then you will either end up running yourself into the ground or laying back watching life pass you by. Figure it out. When do you wait and when do you take charge. Huh? WHEN? WHEN? Kitten knows so go figure it out for your self. And just so you know. This comic is one where you lay back and wait. Cause you can’t grab the bulls horns. Oh and if you don’t like how it’s going then LEAVE QUITELY AND STOP TRYING TO TAKE OTHERS WITH YOU>

you're fun in third person, ands I agrees, Tip Tom, don't sit there complaining about what he's doing with the comic... or kitten will take her spoon to your head. Tom has a job and a life. The comic isn't a big issue at the moment.

I hope we can end this discussion at that, this shouldn't even need to be a rant. People should be able to realize this.

It may be that some of the people are angry about inconsistency. Maybe Tom should pick a more lenient schedule and stick to that.

Maybe Tom should do whatever he pleases. He's tried so hard to keep up a good schedule that his entire sleeping schedule changed if I'm not mistaken. I remember him being up at three or four at night still working on the comic for weeks at a time so it'd be done before the following morning. No one here really has the right to be angry anyways. It's not as though he owes any of us because we populate his forum or donate a buck or two to him. Also... Ten seconds to cook a frozen burrito is much too long when I'm hungry.

Sometimes you have to deal with unreasonable people to get things done, though. That's why I respect Lieberman for his willingness to support conservatives.

Dunno, I think it would be easier on Tom and on fans for him to pick an easier schedule, especially now that he's working.

(I know, I know, blasphemy it is to suggest that the Great Tom is not perfect...)

But really. Tom's human, and he has his work limits. We're human, and we have impatience. It's not that I begrudge Tom not having updates up on schedule, of course not. He's really busy and I really admire the work he manages to put out at all. But it would be less stressful on fans to not be checking for updates dozens of times with high hopes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday...and probably less stressful on Tom to not be missing updates that he's promised. So, I say, while patience is a wonderful virtue, stress-reduction all around with a less frequent updates schedule would be a good thing :)

(Oh, the neighborhood fox is outside barking! Yay! If there are any of you who haven't ever heard a fox bark, go find a recording...it's like a mixture of a peacock and a screaming child, it's fantastic)

okay, you got the third person view thing out of your system now. or is it going to take longer than this.

but kittens owner likes it. and kitten is starting to find it hard to go back to 1st person. so you may just have to deal with it. oh well.:P

I usually go third person in a few choice AIM chat boxes, its always quite fun :3

I agree people need to get more patience and also self controll when it comes to posting stuff like "zomg hurry up blah blah blah blah blah" he has a life too besides this, I dont see why some people cant see that. The comic doesnt have to be his first priority just learn some patience and learn to enjoy every comic that comes out instead of going "zomg come out with them faster" that anoys me the most out of anything when people do that.

But seriously, yeah. People need to learn patience. I can't stand people screaming for something now now now when another minute or ten won't kill them.

But I agree with Verilidaine, Tom should make a schedule that's easier on him to meet. No pressure to get stuff out as often, and fans expect it less.
