in the last panel shouldn't it say something like "...my pants fell off... so that's what I look like naked?"

Of course if was intended to be that way, I can just shut up now.

I believe (s)he was about to say "I should just put my shirt back on and find a belt before my pants fall off," but was interrupted by, well, that happening.

No, "fall" is the correct word.
