Story: "Long ago in ancient history, there were creatures called, "Shifters." Creatures of animal form that shape shift...into humans. This was caused due to the Keidran wars between humans. The Keidran needed a way to sneak into human camps and steal their food and weapons. A Keidran studied the Templar magic and used it to his people's advantage. But something went wrong, once the spell was cast, the host under the spell often lost control and forever became what we now call, "Shifters." As the years passed, these creatures soon died out...at least that is what some where led to believe. One creature of the ancient myth still lives...shown for show at a Zoo, where Humans and Basitins come to see this ancient beast.

Race: Keidran Kitsune Shifter

Bio: A great asset to his people long ago, Judarrias was one of the wisest and strongest Shifters in all the known world. But soon the humans came, wiping his kind out, while he had to struggle to survive. Now after being hidden in human form for so many years, the humans finally caught up to him and took him into the Templar Towers, treating him...like he was some sort of thing. Alone, cold, and without a friend in the world, he feels like an animal...trapped in a cage.

Eric's staff starts to click its way up the Judarrias' room. He raps in around the door until he hits it and speaks. "Judarrias, I have food for you." He Raps it again and the door opens. He steps inside taping to lead the way. "Come on Judarrias, come here for your food." The door closes behind him.

Judarrias's ear went up, weakly and tiredly, he turns. It was one of the caretakers. He grunts, he felt his legs trembling from great age. His stregnth was fading with each day, he would slowly walk to him. He had to lean against the wall to just get to him without falling. He huffed deeply and finally made it to him. He breathing was heavy and his lungs felt tight from the struggle. He would watch him, wondering what kind of food he brought today. Probably the same thing...bread and water. Just like he was some sort of prisoner.

Sai opened the door after it was shut in his fase, "Hey, I think you did that on purpose..." He said as he shut the door, snearing at the other templar. "Now, just what are we supposed to be careing for, a sealed demon, a fallen arch-angel?" He looks wearly looking keidran in the room, "Some old keidran? Huh, didn't really sign up for this..."

He looked the keidran up and down, it was normal for a templer to treat a keidran in such way, but everytime he looked at a slave treated in such way, he felt something deep inside him. "What'd he do to get in here, i haven't read this guys file yet..." Sai asked.

Judarrias looked at the human, he smirked weakly, but so much that he would see. "Heh heh...a new comer. Meh...guess the other was sick and tired of me." He would bow to the new templar and wince, his aching body hurting from any odd movement as he sat on a seat and looked to the two. Since he already got news that he was participating in the fighting for a human free day. But he knew that every year was the same, he would lose.

As Judarrias drew closer he see more food then usually. Actually with the bread and water, he sees meat and vegs. "I hope you like it. I also got you some new clothes hopefully they fit." He raps on the table near by and sets the food down to revel some clothes just like his own and holds it out to him to take.

Judarrias sniffs. Reall food for once, guess they wanted him strong for the fight. His boney paw reached out, taking the bread first as he weakly ate it. His stomach couldn't take alot of food, since he was often forced to starve. He closed his aching eyes as he ate, his ears flat against his head as he looked down. Perhaps this year...the opponant he fights might kill him. He's been alone for far too long...to, too long.

"heh by that sounds of your sniffing and eating the bread your greatful for it." Eric walking over to the bed by rapping on the ground. "Here i will just leave these on the bed... i hope this is the bed." He raps on it. "Yep, thats your bed." Lieing the clothes on the bed.

Judarrias watched him, and also the other human. His old ears still flat against his head as he murf'd while he ate. His old skinny body creaking a bit as he moved in his seat to get comfortable. But the aches and pains of an old, very old being, is always so painful.

"Hey, Sai... why are you here again? I thought that you wanted some other assignment." Taping the ground over to Sai. "And if you want to stay here you might want to read up on Judarrias here." Leaning on his staff a little bit.

Sai scratched the back of his head, "Well, the re asigned me to safeguard this guy here, don't quite know why. Looks like he's on his last leg too... I got moved here a couple weeks ago, still making my way around the city, so whats this I hear about the human free day? So, what should i read him, i don't see any books and i don't usually carry a storybook around with me.

Judarrias smiled, and couldn't help but laugh to himself. His luaghter was weak and raspy, "Heh heh...youth t-these days," He coughed softly and rubbed his throat, taing the water and drinking very little. "T-They recrute a T-Templar...t-that knows nothing. Funny..." If one noticed, Judarrias only ate the bread, water and maybe nibbled on the meat. He rose to his feet, leaning against the wall as he would go to the only window in the room and sigh. "T-The human free day, i-is just a damn gimmik...cough...something to...g-get other keidran's to...to fight. I B-Being one of them, and if...o-one wins...they have but one human free day. No r-rules...n-no boundries...n-no humans telling them...w-what to do..."

"well i would have one that couldn't read because it is in bril but i bet you could get one soon enough." Walking over to the table by tapping. "Well now i have to check you out now Judarrias. So if you are ready could you stand up for me?"
