Hmmm... this sounds very logical, but from the expression in the first panel, I think it's more than just wanting to mess with Mike.

Personnatly, I think that he didn't think it at all. Remember, Evals was as scared of Keith's power that Mike. He just said that to try to get advantage of the situation. Personnatly, my guess is that they are too much hesitation. They will not have the time to hide. Beside if he hide there are almost no way that this situation backfire at Keith. To me the whole situation could serve the plot as much that be amusing.

Et si j'étais Michelle, Evals aurait déjà reçu un coup de poing ou un gifle.

I love the dragon--it's amazingly detailed for being so small...

I think Evals is more just messing with Mike, as some have said. After all, he does seem to at least have some of Mike's interests in mind--warning him of Eric. And "Oh, you're no fun," implies more joking than seriousness. If my best friend turned into a guy, I'd be giving her a hard time about it too, *chuckle* Poor Mike is just flustered right now (understandably).

I can't figure out how his pants suddenly seem to fit less, though. Guys' pants have smaller hips and usually rest higher on the waist than girls'. In my experience, I have to get baggier pants in men's, because they just don't have the "hips" factor worked into them...so I'd think that Mike's pants would now be too small on him. *confused a little*

Oh, ack, I just noticed something: Looks where Evals's left hand is in the first panel!! *facepalm* Never mind, I retract what I said about him doing it in good fun.

Let's remember Keidran are a different race, however, your logic still holds true because women's hips are more wide set because they can have children. But who knows? Keidran may just be cool like that.

Heh, reminds me of once when my friend asked me for a character name on-the-fly and I said "Eman"..."name" spelled backwards. Boy, was she mad when I started laughing at her for using it...

Michelle's pose would be really cute, if she wasn't crying or being slighty molested by Evals... (And i used Michelle because its like the Twokinds eqvalant (sp?) of using Naruko for Naruto's Jutsu)

Well put yourself in Evals's shoes: You're a male (apparently heterosexual), stuck on a boat for several weeks with a bunch of guys and only 2 (to your knoledge) females, both of them off limits... You'd be wanting to at least see something feminine and hot.

Well, first off, remember it's an illusion, so no matter what, the fit of Mike's clothes shouldn't have changed at all.

So, considering that - we must simply consider that Nora made the illusion of Mike's pants being too big.
