That keidran at the tavern looks AWFULLY familiar. :shock: :lol:

And the general is worrying about their feet being covered? My gosh, that is a strict town.

Beautiful strip though, Tom. I especially love the contrasting hair colors in the third panel with Trace and Eric.

(Also, shouldn't "trail" be "trial" in the second panel, and "tollerate" be "tolerate" in the third and fourth?)

And bare feet are considered public nudity? Do they have some kinda foot fe... uh, nevermind. I'd like to see what kind of footwear the Basitin use.

Exactly what I thought when I saw the last panel. Well their laws seem to be very important to them...the stricker...the better *for them at least* it seems. I have a feeling we'll be getting many more crazy laws in the near future comics. :wink:

The new (yet shockingly familiar) Basitin is either the same guy that gave Trace that necklace (probably Neutral), or the resembalance may be only superficial and he's a seer. Or maybe gossip just gets around.

As for the foot thing, there are some cultures in this world where showing the bottom of your foot is considered an insult as bad as giving the finger( ..l..).

Not only does he look similar, but he's presented in almost exactly the same pose, with items on his desk in almost the same manner. I wonder if Tom did that on purpose?
