If you're a fan of the InuYasha storyline and the anime/manga, then yes, by all means, get it. It has a good storyline, introduces new concepts and characters, and the gameplay is quite unique. It's not perfect, but I would say the good outweighs the bad.

This game looks forgetable. Some bland looking sprites(Compare to Magical Starsign or any Castlevania game on the DS), what devs must think is an innovative and gripping double-screen combat system(It's not), and the tripe that is the Inuyasha franchise. From the screens, it appears that there's no "OSNAP WE'RE BEING ATTACKED" sprite for monsters. That's acceptable on a GBA. Not a DS.

Introduces new characters? Isn't that was the Inuyasha franchise is? A parade of forgettable side characters that don't add to the plot and probably won't show up in more than three episodes?

Let me put is this way: If you're a diehard fan of Inuyasha, no one cares. Buy it. If you're not a fan, you're not missing much if you don't.

Yeah I was playing it on a DS emulator...unfortunatly I didn't get too far...my saved file got corrupted...but from what I saw...it was pretty good.
