i heard that there are some disadvantages and problems with the tablets in the windows vista, it is true?

You really should ask this in the tech board or on a forum for tablets or Vista- posting about it here is kinda like - asking for instructions on how to bake a cake on Amazon.com's item forum... And if it is true- it will probably be fixed.

It depends on whether or not the Tablet manufacturer has updated drivers for Vista. Some XP drivers may even still work, but I wouldn't bet on it. Check the manufacturers website to see if they have updated Vista drivers, though even then there may be problems(early versions tend to be slightly buggy, especially for a new OS). As of now I haven't heard about any specific incidents concerning tablets not working on Vista.

Also, I recommend this be moved to the Tech board, since we're lonely at the bottom of the forum-er, because that's where it should be. :P

From what I've heard from other webcomic artists, Vista is causing some problems with *some* tablets' drivers. There's mouse lag, software goofs, etc etc...

But yeah, depends on what you're buying. If you ask me, Vista needed to be released a lot later than this. It's like they're giving us a beta and telling us to playtest it for glitches.
