Basitin can live to be 60 years old or older. They are very tough, and highly resistant to disease, sickness, and poison.

So basically similar to that of a modern human, just with a better immune system.

Depends on whether you reckon a long live-span to be a good thing. According to Eric, Keidran themselves think that humans live unnaturally long, so I guess they're happy with their shorter live-span. I'm under the impression that they live much more intensely than humans, and that that compensates for the lower amount of years.

hm... yea, and if Basitin are immune to diseases and have a really good immune system, they could potentially live much longer than normal(at least up to a point), as i mean unless one got crushed or something, if they wouldn't get struck down by disease when they start to get old, and most poison wouldn't affect them... well, what *would* kill them? not to mention that they are tough, so heart failure would probly not happen as much... not to mention they are stubborn, and i would assume a fierce will to live, which would definitely help...

dont put me in the soup for mixing fantasy and reality!!!!

Yes, humans can live that long NOW. I doubt that the TwoKinds world has the modern medicine and hygiene that we have now.

Yep. Sure, with Magic, wouldn't be surprised if the Rich had a higher average lifespan then us. However, the sheer mass of commoners without access to magic (Which at least a portion of healing seems to be based on) would lower the average greatly.
