A young kobold followed the trail of his prey through the banyan trees and thickets of vegitation that sprawled densely throughout the jungle near his village. It was his first time out beyond the commons where he usually hunted the local wildlife at and was getting a taste of what real hunters did for a living.

The young kobold felt his heart beat fast as he ran on towards his quarry. It was a scent that he never picked up before. One that smelled not only unique as an animal, but also foreign.

Seeing the little kobold leave his village not under guard. K'rrurr starts to follow it in the tree trying to keep upwind of in and keeping an eye on it just in case.

Hearing the thud of the footsteps behind him the strange beast ran on and on forever hearing the approching footsteps

Thud.. Thud.. Thud

While traveling, Mirku lost his map. Because of this, he is currently waling aimlessly troughout the jungle. "Why do i always lose the map.." He was almost certain he was walking in circles, but didn't care. 'Hope someone finds me...

Karath sits under a tree, his cloack tightly around him. His horse nearby grazing at the grass. He looks like he is trying to sleep, a bag with foodstuff near him.

Yunkyo grinded to a halt before running flat into a stone wall. By the looks of the structure, it was very ancient and derelict from years of weathering. The wall had a large open gap through the clearing where the masonry had crumbled away ages before. The scent seemed to lead it's way in.

He stepped lightly in the gap where his trail seemed to drag on. A low humming could be heard from ahead, but nothing could be well visible in the underbrush that seemed to blanket the opening. He crawled in, his tail flickering about behind him with excitement.

Before he went any further though, he could hear a soft crunch of leaves from behind him. He couldn't turn around to see what was the source of the sound however. By instinct, he continued through the hole to get out of sight.

After see the kobold go though the hole he gave up because he did want to scare the thing. So he moved on swing from branch to branch with get ease. then he stumbles on mirku who seems to be lost. He starts to climb down to the nearest branch to mirku and stand on it upside down and the tail wrapped around the branch to support him a little more. Then looks at Mirku and tilts his head. "You lost?"

Jaegar watched the Kolbold enter the cave of his quarry, his prey. his first instinct was to confront the Kolbold but reason took over his animal instincts. instead, he sat still, very still, on his perch in the tree with his harrow knocked.

The Bear tracks I have been following lead to that cave, looks like I may need to rescue that Kolbold if he doesn't know how to defend himself... I wonder... the cave looks a bit old to be a cave...

jaegar's tail flicked in annoyance.

The horse start's whining, like there is something to disturb it. Karath stands and looks around to see if something is amiss. He gets his back and starts moving again, going randomly inside the forest.

"Yeah kinda.." Mirku said, unsuprised by the sudden appearance.
"I lost my map, don't know where i am anymore."

"alright well if you go along..." starts to point and then thinking better of it. "Maybe i should show you." He gets down from the trees and lands softly. " Here come with me and starts off at a slow pace towards the town. "So why are you all the way out here?"

Mirku started walking next to him.
"I'm afraid my reasons are personal. I rather keep them to myself."

After noticing the coast was clear, Yunkyo gave a quick sigh of relief and continued through till he blundered his was out of the thick foliage.

He stood up, looking all about him. The area around him looked like some ancient pyramid-type structure. Obelisks, statues, and peculiar settings of shattered glass and gems perched on top of slabs of granite were found in a formal sprawl around the structure. The pyramid was hollowed out like a multi-level atrium. The base level had a sort of central structure that was surrounded by open ended cloisters. Vegetation of the jungle around him had congealed with the cracks and crevasses of the scene, leaving the green theme of the jungle unchanged by the temple's existence.

The trail seemed to be like a fog everywhere now. As if the prey he had persued danced about all over these grounds. His target must be living here somewhere.

K'rrurr starts getting excited about the secrets. "Awww come on you can tell me,... wait i haven't introduced my myself... My name is K'rrurr, and what would yours be." Holds out a paw to Mirku.

"Sorry, secret's a secret." Mirku said, shaking the paw.
"The name's Mirku."
