Steam is one of the biggest digital distribution programs in cyberspace right now.
Here you can talk about your favorite games, chat about the awsome skins you just downloaded or even set up a match.

Im currently playing CS 1.6 and am pretty much back at nub status.
My favorite skin right now is the Barret Sniper Rifle skin for the AW/MP

Technically, it's just a digital distribution site. Also, they host things other than FPS games. There's a couple strategy games (DEFCON FTW!), one game that's a First-Person RPG (The Ship), and even a couple racing games I've never played. TFC is probably the only Steam-related thing I ever play, but I own the entire HL Anthology and DEFCON.

Yes you can download skins, but they're not listed at the Steam website. Usually clansites and places like that will have a few.

uh, counter-strike source?

I found Source too easy.
Headshots seem to be the main source of death and its hard to kill sombody making one. Basically whoever shoots first always wins.

I'd rather play a game where shooting someone first isnt the key to winning. :roll:

Dark Messiah, Counter-Strike Source, and Day of Defeat Source are all fun stuff! I hate Steam though. It's a heavy load on my old computer, it's buggy as Hell, and it crashes a lot.
