OK, here's the idea. This is a furry version of an anime called "Gate keepers." Same idea, the world is being threatened by paranormal creatures called "Invaders," who seem to thrive off of negative energies. The only real line of defense our world has are people called Gate Keepers. People who have the ability to open gates to other dimentions and call forth elemental power from them. The organization that the Gate Keepers are allied with is called AEGIS, and they're constantly on the lookout for new members.

RULES:
1: This is a serious, long-term RP. If you're not going to stick around or be checking the boards at least once a day, don't join! Absences can be allowed, so long as they're for a very good reason.
2: NO SEX! This is a game for people of all ages, so nothing adult. Relationships between characters, on the other hand, are allowed, and even encouraged.
3: NO GOD-MODING! Keep your characters believeable, with limits on what they can do, and problems of their own.

I think that's it, I'll edit in any new ones as I think of them.
For character creation, use the following format.
NAME: (your character's name. Duh)
AGE: (Again, duh.)
GENDER: (Male or female)
RACE: (species. Human's are allowable, but furries are just as common, if not more common, as humans are)
DESCRIPTION: (What your char looks like)
WEAPON OF PREFERENCE: (If any)
GATE POWERS: (What ability you can channel through your Gate. Almost anything is allowable, so long as you keep within the rules. Most gates are elements of some sort (Wind, water, fire, light, etc.), but not all. One girl in the show has a gate which lets her accomplish superhuman physical feats. Just give a name, and, in parenthasis, what it does, if not obvious.)
BACKGROUND: (A brief bio on your char. Emphasis on BRIEF. Where they're from, what they're like, personality-wise, and anything vital to understanding them, basically.)

Well..i haven't seen the anime, but i'll try to see it and get the idea..

NAME: Mirku Valkory
AGE: 15
GENDER: Male
RACE: Human
DESCRIPTION: Black hair, 1 red eye and 1 blue, spiky hair, 2 wings if opening the demon gate
WEAPON OF PREFERENCE: His twohanded blade, his guns he dual wield
GATE POWERS: Demon gate: releases the demon spirit U'zuhl to give him his powers: the wings, his sword and his ability to cast demonic spells

Name: Angu Wishbain
Age: 21
Gender: Male/Female (see bio)
Weapons: A scythe that has been in the family for a long time that has special abilities that Angu doesn't know about.
Appears: Male 6'2" Black Panther with weird white strips, Female 5'10" White tiger with weird Grey strips instead of black. Both have long hair and is braided almost down to the small of his/her back. Eyes are glowing yellow.
Gate Powers: Male=Fire/Female=Water
Bio: Angu grew up in a family of gate keepers. She was in a long line of women fighters and when her mother got killed trying to close the gate she was handed the scythe as her last dieing wish when she was 9. Every since she has been training with it is the old style that was also handed down by book for 12 years but she couldn't get anything of the scythe to work until she hit 21. When she hit 21 and when she was out closing a gate for the first time, the scythe changed her into the alter ego that the scythe holds for battle against the "Invaders." Now she is trying to figure out what else the scythe does and the new ego that is now with her.

Name: Edward Bethesda

Gender: Male

Race: Human/White

Weapons: a HK53A3 made of an unknown material, fires powerful slugs made to tear an invader apart, but it can still take down most anything else too, includes a long range scope. Atomic Grenades, Creates a small atomic explosion, limited to room size, destroys most anything.

Gate Power: Power of Time

Appearance: A tall white man at 6'8, lightly taned, wears a large black hazmat suit, with patches of red. He laughs a lot, mostly at death and the face of danger.[looks a lot like these guys, http://www.blastwavecomic.com/index.php?strip_id=13 ]

Backround: His family have all been Gate Keepers, all the way down to one of the very first Gate Keepers. Unlike his entire family, he hopes to be something else. Maybe a doctor or a farmer, anything but haveing the fate of the world on his shoulders. But he still wears the weight proudly. He has kindof a sick sense of humor, laughing at dead bodies.

OK, I edited the first post to include how to introduce your chars, so go back, check that, and make any needed modifications to the one's you've made.

Race: Wolf furrie
Desc: Silver fur coats him from head to toe, with black patches around his yellow eyes. He stands about 5'6" tall, has a very good build, and his tail typically swishes slowly behind him as he walks
Weapon of choice: Katana
Gate Ability: Power of Wind
Bio: Born here in Tokyo, he's a bit of a home-body. He has a very adventurous side, though, and holds nothing back when he gets into a fight. The first of the official Gate Keepers, he has been given the task of recruiting other people with the Gate powers to help defend the world.

OK, then, GAME START. New chars can introduce themselves with the char design I gave, and then start emoting.

IC: As Sylvas was driving to school one day, the radar mechanism inset between the driver and passenger side seats on his car started to go off wildly. He pulled over as quickly as he could, opened it up and looked at the display. Crap, he thought, why do they have to show up now of all times? He reached over to the glove compartment and pulled out a small radio that had been installed. "Silver Wolf to Grandma's house, Silver Wolf to Grandma's house. Paranormal frequencies detected two kilometers east of Tokyo city limits, appear to be approaching the city rapidly. Coodinates being transfered. Advise releasing of 'him' to aid in suppression. Over."
A voice came over the radio saying "Confirmed, Silver Wolf. Relese begin immediently. Please hold out as well as you can until then."
"Roger that, Grandma's. Setting out for the source of the disturbance." He cranked the wheel around and floored the gas pedal, getting up to almost 100 Km/h after a few seconds.

Meanwhile Edward was in columbia enjoying fresh coffee when he got the call. Command this is Time Theif, I'm on the way... Fixing his mask Edward took a deep breath and opened his gate.Time began to slow down and then to a complete stop. His power was a great conveniance and got him all around the world, one catch, he can hardly change anything around him, he can go anywhere, and fire his gun, but the bullets would stay in midair as soon as they leave his time altering aura.

It would get boring walking along the pasific ocean but he always had something to occupy his time, slideing along the ocean like ice he reached Japan. It's never like time stopping ever changed anything about him, he never aged when time was stopped.

Slideing along the roads he saw a strange car, he saw a gate keeper. May as well saw hi to the man, he thought as he took a dry erease marker out of hs coat. Scribbleing the words, "He is a Gate Keeper pull over" right in front of the man he walked a ways away. Sticking out his thumb he sighed again, Time moved again.

Seeing the message on his windshield, Sylvas rolled his eyes. Oh, this one. He had heard of him, a Gate Keeper who could stop time. He pulled over and opened the door, saying "Get in, and clean up the windshield, if you would please?"

Off near a river Angu got the call as well. She stared to think that this was getting to be a pain. With her scythe opens the gate of water and starts to travel down the river almost like a skate board toward the new opening.

Hearing the gate keepers requests, he chuckled and said, Ok. Sighing his gate opened. Time stopped as he headed into town to find something to clean the glass. Makeing a few stops he returned to the car. Wipeing off the markings with a rag he let it hover in the air next to the car. Climbing over the gate keeper to the passenger seat he sighed and time moved again. Holding a burger to the gate keeper, he said, There all clean, cheeseburger?

Sylvas accepts the burger, saying "As long as you didn't steal it," with a wry grin on his face. "Fasten your seat belt, we're gonna be racing as is."

Mirku awoke in a dark room. He has been in that room quiet a long time.
he was leaning against the wall, staring into darkness as suddenly a light came trough a smal lit in a gate. "You have a task, Mirku."
The door opened and Mirku walked trough it, blinded by the bright light in the room. "It's 2 kilometers east of Tokyo." "..." Mirku went trough the elevator and took his motorcycle and started speeding towards east of Tokyo.

Ariving at the scene, Sylvas' car squeels to a stop, skidding so it's sideways the direction it was heading in before. Sylvas then leapt out and drew his katana, looking from side to side to spot where the Invaders were approching from, and what form they had taken.

OOC: I'm a little stumped as to what form they should be in this time. Basically, anything would work. In the first episode of the series, they converge into a gigantic ball, in another one they became a gigantic Chinese expanding/contracting lantern, in one they started out turning into a giant centipede, then they got bashed apart, and reformed into a giant block to cause a massive wave. Basically, they just fuse into a gigantic something, and attack. They're weak point is always one who's sort of a "leader," who is distinguishable from the rest because, while the rest of them are all black, the leader is red. You have to take out the leader to stop the attack.
