Due to poor sales of the original Monster Hunter in the U.S., the terrible reviews it received, and the lack of any information about a U.S. release for Monster Hunter 2, such as coverage at E3, it is highly unlikely that Monster Hunter 2 will be released outside of Japan.

OMG PEOPLE!!! This is preposterous!(if i spelt that right)

I just found out on wikipedia that the sequal to the greatest game known to man will not be released out of Japan!
All because of all the bad American reviews the first one got!
Personally i have lost all faith in America(sorry to Americans on this forum, it's not you, it's those bad reviewers) and a friend of mine may kill himself...well, maybe not kill himself, just scream in agony and have a complete breakdown. . .

Burn rottentomatoes.com! Burn to the fiery depths of hell!
Who's with me?!

I didn't think MH was a very fun game and I doubt that bad reviews are the only reason it's not being released in America. You may not know this but Wikipedia isn't always 100% accurate.

OR its probably because
1.Its not a very popular game
2.People obviously didnt like it enough to buy it instead of halo or some online game theyve had their eye on.

I thought it was an ok game, but I couldnt really care less if I would never play a second. It had awesome things and it had it's flaws--like every other game.

I wanted to play it, since the concept struck me as all shades of awsome...

Although, what I've gathered, the execution was standard CAPCOM fair, especially for a first effort...
