:D the funniest joke so far?

I'd have to say when Trace and Eric are discussing whether any females on the ship will go into heat during the journey:

"That rules out all female Keidran"

"Yup, all females here."

"Indeed, just the two"

and Natani's just standing there thinking Oh crap!

I can't wait to see how this plays out.

Two clear choices, for me:

1) OMG CENSOR!

And maybe tied with it, the recurring

2) Erm... It's not what it looks like?

Keith, don't leave me in here with her! I find this comic particuliary funny. Trace learned to fear female keidran in heat.

Quoique le choix fut hardue, il y a tellement de moments hilarants.

S.P.P.

Worst and Best cases. Personally "The Worst Case" sounds funnier than many other things.

I agree with you on that one. That was the funniest even though it was a filler.

I have all of 'em saved on my computer for quick reference, if you want I could send you that one. I would upload it, but I'm not sure if Tom or ComicGenesis would like that.

And since when does ComicGen have anything to say about the comic? They are just a host and have no say whatsoever about the comic.

Part of the user agreement is that the artists require their viewers to have a banner above the comics - it's not free hosting, the payment is in that advertisment.

Which is why they don't want you to use programs that grab all of the comics for you, without you browsing manually. Although they don't work anyway, but that's for other reasons.

So rehosting an image that is hosted on ComicGenesis without making the viewer see the ad would be a technical violation of the user agreement on the part of the viewer.

However, seing as this particular image isn't hosted at all anymore (doh, I'm stupid) I guess it would be up to Tom. Although I would see no reason why he wouldn't want someone to show an image that he made.

Britt, if you want it, PM me I guess.

Only comics hosted on Comicgen pages require an ad banner. That doesn't mean the image can't be hosted elsewhere. I have all the rights to my images and comics, and I can do anything I want with them.

Comicgen has no say in where else the comics are hosted. They have no right to do so. It is not in any way a violation of the user agreement. You're wrong in thinking that the comics can't be hosted elsewhere, dead wrong.

You seem to think that just because I am hosted with Comicgen, that means Comicgen has some kind of power over my work. That's laughable. Comicgen can't tell me or anyone else where the artwork can and cannot be posted, it just isn't within their power.

It is my say, and mine alone.

Tom - why dont they just listen to me when i tell them something?

I mean heck - Ive been using Comicgen for almost as long as you- and ive spent years in college learning copyright, user agreements, royalties etc etc - and people still think when i say something im wrong because i didnt think about something ive studied for years...
