Alright, this RP takes place on a parrallel world. There are 6 major countries: The Republic (Basically the US), The Kingdom (UK), The Fatherland (Germany), The Motherland (Soviet Russia), Mecca (The Middle East) and the Forbidden Continent(looks like and is located where Africa would be). There are many smaller countries, but these are the six largest lands on the map and the predominant players in the events coming up.

As long as any human could remember, the entire continent located to the south of Mecca was off limits. It was known as the Forbidden Continent. It was said that ungodly things happened down there.

Thirty years ago, an Islamic prophet traveled into the forbidden continent, saying that it was God's will. When he returned seven months later when he was all but forgotten, he brought something new with him into the world. People that walked like humans, but had bodies like animals.

They were reffered to scientifically as Anthros Sapien, but called Anthros in any other case. Most Anthros embraced islam and remained living in the country of Mecca, but others travelled out as far as the Republic or the Motherland.

Not everyone welcomed these new arivals. Many believed that they were the Devil's work, and that they would destroy humanity. Soon derogatory terms like "furry" and "Beastie" arose. Although the Republic's civil rights declared five years after the arrival of the Anthros that they were to be treated humanely and equally to humans, organizations such as the Human Liberation Front (HLF) arose 15 years ago. Lynchings of the subjects of human-anthro mating began taking place across the Republic and other countries.

Even still, the Fuehrer of the Fatherland, Lazerus Klein, deported or imprisoned all Anthros and "Furry-lovers" in his nation, and three years ago began giving speeches to his people, claiming that the Earth must be purified of these unholy creatures, and that it was his people's duty to lead the way.

Soon the Fatherland began ammassing troops in its already large army. An unheard of amount of the population wanted to enlist, so many that the Fatherland army turned many away (However a homeland anthro patrol force was formed, to be known as the HAP or the Red Hands, made up of ordinary civillians and a secret police ).

After the other members of the United Nations condemmed the actions of the Fatherland, the nation withdrew from the council. The age of Lazerus had begun.

Signup Rules:

This RP will begin at the dawn of the age of Lazerus and the beginning of the "Furry War". Lazerus's blitzcrusade begins with an invasion of a small country called Dardansk to the East, and Greydnech and Potolov to the Southwest. Lazerus also begins air and missile strikes on Mecca, seeing as 45% of it's population are anthros. At first, only the Kingdom and the Motherland stand against Lazerus's forces in Europe, but the Republic begins massing its own force to aid its allies. With that in mind, you can choose to be a civilian or a fighter on either side. Technology is that of today's world. Sorry, no magic, but there may be miracles.

1) Name: Make it something related to whatever country you choose to defend.

2) Race: Human/Anthor and define which type/Halfbreed and define what type

3) Age, Gender: simple stuff here.

4) Country: once again your choices are: The Republic, The Kingdom, The Motherland, The Fatherland, and Mecca. Additional, less important nations include: The Commonwealth (The Kingdom's satalite nations), Dardansk, Greydnech and Potolov (First Countries to be attacked) and some other nations that wont be attacked until later.

5) Occupation: Try to pick something that will pertain to the war. The following militaries are available:
the Royal Armed Forces (The Kingdom and Commonwealth), The Red Army (Motherland), The CrusadenKampf (Fatherland), The Army of the Republic, and each smaller nations' national army. If you chose one of the armies of the smaller nations and your nation is overrun, you will become either a resistance fighter or a refugee who may join up in another nation's army.

If you do join a military, see what your nation's military info is and pick a branch, rank, and position. Once done so I will PM you your possible weapons

His nickname in the barracks is Slugger because of his insane strength and love for close combat. recently he was stationed at the potolov embassy in case of civilian uprising to defend it but in the face of coming global war, the ebassy was being emptied until the first missiles and enemy armor started to overrun the city....

6)Bio: 5'10" strong build. His fur is jet black and well kept. His eyes are bright green and the other is bright blue. All of his life he has been put down because he is a Anthro and because of his eyes. So he turned to demolishions and became a trill seeker. Every since 14 years old he has had a "gift" with using demolishions and creating them. He has choosen the airborne because there is a trill in jumping out of airplane. He loves battle and can't get enough of it. His underlings call him Black Death because of his ability to hid well and the demolishions that he usually has on him at all times.

Hey guys... Unless we're really messing with the guns, an M82 has a mile range. And can Red Army guys be a Commissar?

6) Bio: Aleksey stands about 5'10". He has a muscular frame and can typically fight off any attacker hand to hand. He has piercing blue eyes that either leave someone uplifted by their clarity and purpose, or transfixed by their transgressions. He has lived a hard life, having to claw his way to the top from an orphanage. At the age of 12 he was in a fight with an Anthro and nearly lost an eye. Instead he is left with the jagged scars reaching from the top of hid left forehead and coming to an end at halfway down his cheek. Personally he does nto like the Anthros. However he has put aside his personal needs for the sake of The Motherland. He has been sent to stall the CrusadenKampf and will lead his men and Anthros to battle. He is not one to stay behind and will be leading any attack he can against the enemy.

6) Bio: Deitrich Koffman, age 23 was born in the Fatherland capital. He stands at 5' 11" and has black short hair and an average build. He was raised by a lawyer, who had unfortunately been appointed to defend anthros in civil case suits. In order to regain his family's honor, Deiter enlisted in the CrusadenKampf, right as Lazerus's great crusade was about to begin. His last known whereabouts, described in a letter to his Girlfriend, implied that he was somewhere near the Potolov border, and preparing for war.

6) Bio: Billy had always been put down because he was different. Both by Anthro kids and human kids, however mostly by the human kids. Before he could remember, both of his parents were killed in an anti-anthro lynching. He has since then been taken in by a bording school known as the West Capital City School for Youth. Despite the oncoming possibilties of war, the school determined that the student's should visit the communist republic of Dardansk. It is far from his homeland, the kingdom, which makes Billy and the rest of the students uneasy, but what makes him even more uneasy is that the Anthros there are much more savage than any he had seen back in his homeland.

RP will start tomorrow night.

He is quite the spindoctor, and twists and turns every word in his favor. Master of every arguement and fight, he still holds his own in a fight, even better if he has a gun...

Biography: Icuris was born and left on an the patio of an orphanage at just thirteen months of age. He grew up in that same orphanage. Though the atmosphere was caring and loving Icuris always felt that those around him despised his very being. When he was twelve he "left" the orphanage and began wandering the world. He freelanced and took odd jobs from time to time, but always kept on the move. He finally joined the military, fakeing his age by using his height of 5'9 and deepening his voice when speaking. He learned fast and graduated as a Private 1st class. He is now the gunner of a Bradly APC in the 48th Potolov Armor Division.

I am sorry I didnt make my self clear on this but the standard Role Play Player Character killing rules apply. Before killing off a player you must ask the player permission to kill the character through a PM. Life threatening situations can be put in place in which the player may decide on his own to kill himself (such as if he decides to quit the RP or start over with a new character), but if he does not decide to kill the character, he may dodge the attack in some manner. NPCs may be killed but try to keep it realistic in the proportions of deaths.

In regards to the combat style, in this universe WW2 pretty much never happened and therefore the Fatherland has never experienced the consiquences of causing global genocide. Because of this, this war plays out like a modern day WW2. This chapter in the RP is supposed to be like the BlitzKreig.
