Anime - Azu Manga Daioh. Licensed by ADV - you can buy the DVD thin case box set for like 40 dollars-- great series. Manga also licensed by ADV - one of the greatest comedy mangas ever.

Characters show in the Shoe picture- Osaka (silly looking girl with brown hair) and Chiyo (little girl)
