UED and Mercenaries

You enter the room at different times. As you move into the room you see eachother and at the head you see the Commander. As the last person comes in he starts to speak.

"Welcome all. I hope you are ready for a good battle. Here is your breifing." He snaps his fingers. You all see the solar system and it starts to zoom in and in to one of the jupter moons. "This is where the battle will take place. you will each be leading your own group of 4-5 men into battle. We have tried to take this back for many weeks..." Whe he said "take place" you see a base for the rebels with at least 10 gun inplacements. Then you see the skimatics to the base and you see in goes under ground. "We are goin to give you pliots that are tuned to you and only you. You will decide amongest yourselfs how to deal with this problem. I will leave you with sykmatics of the base and some of what we belive to be high ranking personal in the base that, if you get the chance, kill them. This is only the secondary objective. The primary objective is the data that we leave behind and the data they might have stored their. If you can take back the base that would be the best thing to do, but all we need is that data to if you get the data but can't get back the base blow it to smiltheriens. We do not want them to control it any longer. We might have another Mercenary by the name of "Snow Shadow" join you to search and destory the higher personal. Good day."
He then moves from his chair and out the back door.

Snow Shadow

You receive a Trasmisson from the UED. "We the UED would like to inlist your help in a mission of search and destory. Name you price if you accept and we will tell you more."

I ponder the choice for a moment, then hit the accept button. When it asks me to name my price, I set it at 60k, 30 now, the rest later. Nothing to do now except wait until the breifing.

"Mission confirmed commander. But I dont have any need for escorts, it would only give away my position" Kitsune said.

He pressed the accept button on the computer in front of him and stood waiting for additional information.

Snow Shadow

They show you accuont number on the screen and put 30k into it.
"Now that we have your service this is the breifing" And the samething shows up to you as it id them but your primary is to seek and destory two of them and capture the third. You are given a little more info about the higher ups one in know only by his position "The Genaral" He is to be killed on sight of him. We only know what he looks little and what the mech looks like but not too much info on him. The Second is Black flurry. He uses two tactices. First at long range he uses sniper and missle combo. Short range he uses a double bladed sword with speed enchasers. The last is Ghost. we want him alive and nothing is know about him. The only people who have seen this person is either dead, MIA, or insene. "See you in a week after it is done. Good Hunting"

“Mission accepted commander. An escort would be fine but unnecessary. I can handle myself.â€

I wander in looking like I'm lost. Upon seeing the commander I salute and await further instructions.

Nikolai moved to his mech. Over his shoulder, "I have no need for your men. But they can come if they want." His mind leaped ahead to the battle. I'm probably going to need both guns for this mission. He seated himself into his mech and activated his link. The rush of information was by now normal and he walked out planning the assault drop. "Report in Valandil."

All get a Transmission. After the meeting.
"You are to meet with my second in comand above the moon of jupiter is 2-3 days. He will give you more info about the mission when you get their. Over and out."

((OOC: Wait... are we still in the briefing?))

Mikael raised his hand, clothed in a Circa 2000 German Camouflage Pattern.

"I will take the snipers," He said in an uninterested voice, "So long as all of them have the STS camouflage. Like that Guy with the funky hair said, I do not wish for them to give away my position."

(OOC I was hoping to have you guys meet in breifing but most of you guessed that you just got the mission and was suppose to meet above the moon on the jupiter moon)

"These pliots with be atuned to you if you are a sniper then you will get 3-5 snipers link to you, if you are a assult you will get 3-5 assult personal. Dress the units the way you want. they are all yours once you all meet above the jupiter moon and have a couple of days of planning."

"Whoo boy" I muttered to myself. The opertation was two-thirds simple, but it was the 'capture alive' part that made the op difficult. Ah, well, nothing like a good challange I thought, then set about the task of planning the op.

"Confirmed. I will make use of the situation as provided." Kitsune said totally ignoring Mikael. With that Kitsune turned heel and left the briefing room...

A few hours later he made it to guard and got inside. In the safety of his mech, he accessed the link and relayed his information to the Kitsune Network. He received telemetries on possible ambush points for the mission and several targets to destroy.

Part one: destroy enemies from long range, Part two: also target UED forces when they are heavily engaged with rebels. Part three: hinder mission objectives in the assasination of rebel officers.... heh, this shouldnt be too hard.

Kitsune then received information on the three officers through the link. Command back on his homeplanet sent information to protect the general at all costs.


((OOC: If you read my bio, you would know why he knows these things and why he plots like this... otherwise nobody knows that he knows the information that he has.... btw, if your characters suddenly get suspicious of my character for no good reason, that is just dumb :P))

Mikael filled out a requested unit dossier and hit the send button relaying it to the commander.:

-Two Darsault Motorvehicular Arms Model MA-08 Mechs with STS gear, BSR-50 sniper rifles and various additional gear, Codenames Lambda One and Lambda Two

-Two Anti Personnel Snipers, one with a small caliber precision rifle and one with a large caliber rifle to be able to be used on infantry, as well as larger targets such as Mechs or Armor. Codenames Lambda Three and Four. STS Poncho optional, but recomended.

-I will be Lambda Leader. I will have:
-My DAD-01 Daedelus
-STS Gear
-BSR-50 with the Sound Suppresor and a bipod
-6 Mags for the BSR
-SPEC-10 Shotcannon
-5 Clips for the SPEC-10
-GPF-25 Flak Pistols (2x)
-4 Total Extended Length Clips for the GPF-25
-CUB-KAR Combat Utility Blade (Serated edge, superheated, ten feet in length)

How soon can we expect action? It'll take me a while anyway...stupid Mechon's only ten foot but it still won't fit in a standard drop pod and doesn't have any hookups for external mounting.

You can expect action about a couple of days after you get to the space station above the jupiter moon.
