I would like it to stay mostly the same, but I can't overemphasize how much I perfer it to be color. It is also in your financial interests to make it color.

The intro was well done, maybe a few new things but I liked it. My opinion: Do whatever you want, but don't go overboard.

If your going to redo it, have to origional in the book as well because it's pretty good art for the beggining.

I rate it should stay precisely the same, but if your gi=onna change anything, just change the art.
Cos the dialog etc. is perfect as it is.

i think that the beginig should stay the same i like it how it is already and if you changed the beginging u wold hav 2 change heaps more through it cuz each page followson later to important parts.and other people should think it is fine already lik me cuz then u wold have to re do it and every one wold have to read that and then we would mis out on more of the new parts. thanks for listening from josh :D

The beggining is great, but I would like to see it drawn out a little more, adding some sort of dream phase to the start might be a nice touch. The only real error I see with the current beggining is how quickly Neutral leaves Trace, it seems rather awkward. Other than that the only changes I want to see are later in the story, but that isn't the topic here.

Tom please make no changes in the storyline.
But i'd really pleased if art could be upgraded to the level of 2nd book. Especially if Trace would be look more mature as in late comic. It would be nice to see better composition of happenings in some frames (like saving Flora from wagon wheels by Euchre) also.

I'd say leave it as is, but colour it. In the end though, it's your decision, so go with your gut on this one.

Well, everyone seems to have an oppinion.
Here's mine:

This is your comic, Tom... and it's brilliant.
I love everything as it is.
I love everything for what it is.

If you want to change something, you do it.
I know for a fact it will only make the comic better.
If you want to change the story... I know that the only thing you could do is make it more clearly and accurately portray the story you -want- to tell.
If you add color... it'll be gorgeous.

Do whatever you need to do to make it greater than it already is.
No matter what... your fans will love you for it. Mostly... except that one guy... you know... him. Yeah... he'll get all p*ss*d about it and leave. Nobody will miss him though.

We must not forget that most of us are hardcore fans. I wouldn't mind if the comic stayed the way it is now but the guy who walks into the comic store, picks up Two Kinds and reads through the first pages might not agree with me. Thats why I think its not a bad idea to update the art, color it or even change the story a bit. Not too much I hope, I like it the way it is.

I kind of liked the first few strips because they were in black and white. to me, it kind of gave it meaning that "Hey, he's feeling kind-a amnesi... amnessia... Stupid! ;) "

Personally I enjoyed the story as it is, maybe add some colouring and a little more detail perhaps. But I think the story is just perfect as it started out as. ^_^

Usually having a story or even movie black and white is to emphasis the story itself more, just the opening in colour and the rest in B&W really would be great. ^^

I'd say keep it the same, because if you change something, something else always ends up needing to be changed as well.

i agree. take for example if you change how trace knew flora's name, you'll have to change a later comic where neutral tells trace why he knew flora's name. go here for the comic. it's in the last panel.
