this is my art thread i was intending to start a comic but i posted a few of my comics on another forum and ronald mackinnon (guy who writes plugged nickel) told me i need to work more on my drawing before i start a webcomic. so i was going to post my art on that forum but some mysterious reason i was banned, anyway im going to post my art here and i welcome anyone to comment on them i need to know how to improve what im doing so go ahead and say anything you like about my art as long as it isnt against any rules and dont be to mean.

this was originally conept art and concept notes for my comic but since im not doing it for a while i'll just post it here since its my most recent peice of work

oh i didn't know ronald came here im new here anyway i got another pic finished im not sure what i was going to use it for but its still cool.

Ron was right -- dont start a comic till your better-- you will be sorry for it later trust me.

But your art isnt that bad-- keep working on it-- keep posting - I'll help ya if you want the help. Oh and dont double post-- Im going to let it slide for today-- but if you double post then im going to have to delete it -- if you wanna avoid that i suggest you use the Edit button.

i made another picture this on e is the 2 main characters tell me what you think of it

its good, but they both look... drunk, or really confused :? .

only bad thing i can really think of, is that the lines are too light, and the girl's right hand is a diffrent size then the left.

Ever thought of trying to ink your art on a program such as gimp or photoshop? ((i use the former mainly because it's free, and I only manip photos rarely))

As well, do you have any coloured pictures? Since though rough, these are nice drawings.

well firstly i think your right she looks like she got into the catnip... he he stoned kittys and the other point i actually use gimp i didnt know you could ink with it here ive been doing it with a pen like a chump. and finally i redid the picture she's not high any more yay.

You can ink with gimp I believe, if not then I know you can with inkscape, but I'm a master ((nor an apprentice even)) of either.

And I happened to like the "stoned kitty" look

woot! cats with pants! lol

he was most certainly not a happy kitty, i actually sewed the pants myself. the first pair i made wasn't big enough for him we tried to get them on him but it just wouldn't go. so i had to make those ones they fit him well but he was angry he scratched me but it was soooooo worth it .

Nice art, you might want to try a few hand sketches to get you going, I've noticed you use the same hands througout :3
