Whats the most moving, inspirational, or tear-jerking film youv'e seen. For me, its got to be Black Hawk Down. Sometimes my mom asks me why i want to fly for the force, instead of some civilian co. like delta airlines. I say "so more soldiers come home to hugs, instead of in coffins" Black Hawk Down is the best example.

As for tear-jerking I'd have to say AI. That movie was creepy and sad all at the same time. I can't really say I've seen many very inspirational movies that I can recall.

The Passions of the Christ had me crying till the end.

Tae Guk Gi: The Brotherhood of War was also a very emotionally moving movie for me.

The only movie I cried so far was Air Bud when I was like 10? The part when he brought the dog to the other side of the river and made him free, but coudln't let him go. But I suppose it is because I haven't seen many emotional moving movies up to date.
But a meaningful movie, I thought Bicentanial Man had a very strong story and point in it.

AI was pretty touching, Donnie Darko... well I wouldnt call it a tear jerker, but it made you think for about a week afterwards. Saving Private Ryan made me cry though.

Bicentennial Man was good... but not the one for me.

Saving Private Ryan. I'm gettin' a little misty just thinking about it.

Wow... Just finished watching Schindler's List.
*Sniff* Getting close there near the end.

Quote:
Oskar Schindler: I could have got more out. I could have got more. I don't know. If I'd just... I could have got more.
Itzhak Stern: Oskar, there are eleven hundred people who are alive because of you. Look at them.
Oskar Schindler: If I'd made more money... I threw away so much money. You have no idea. If I'd just...
Itzhak Stern: There will be generations because of what you did.
Oskar Schindler: I didn't do enough!
Itzhak Stern: You did so much.
[Schindler looks at his car]
Oskar Schindler: This car. Goeth would have bought this car. Why did I keep the car? Ten people right there. Ten people. Ten more people.
[removing Nazi pin from lapel]
Oskar Schindler: This pin. Two people. This is gold. Two more people. He would have given me two for it, at least one. One more person. A person, Stern. For this.
[sobbing]
Oskar Schindler: I could have gotten one more person... and I didn't! And I... I didn't!

I forgot about Schindler's List. The whole movie was hard to watch and the end had me crying so much.
