What are Trace and Flora doing?

Flora asks Trace to have sex. In the next comic, they're both shown topless, implying that they "did it".

If that is the case, the later story themes with the "first kiss" and the first night of whopee in the tent don't make much sense. Why would any of that be a big deal if they'd already "done it"?

At first I thought maybe I'd misread that comic and that maybe it was just a fantasy sequence--but on rereading it I don't see anything to suggest that.

Can anybody explain what's going on here?

I'm pretty sure those are filler comics. THough I actually don't remember them. O_o;;;;

and when trace is "screaming" meaning he's having a nightmare, and that the "sex" was only a dream which trace had. and didn't even happened, at all, so there was no sex, no stabbing, no "Make love to me, Trace." during those two comic, so techically it was a filler 0_0 (wow tom was very lazy then!!)

so i hope that make sense, and try to read through it so you exatly know thats going on, but by asking here was a good thing to do.

(EDIT) actaually with the whole stabbing at the bottom of the nxt one which you implyed on them topless, he got stab by flora, yet it would be obveious that it was a dream afterwards.................. so who doesn't get that!!?? DREAMS ARE EVIL THINGS!!!!

Ugh, the new chapter and extra filler were enough to convince me that the two cartoons weren't related. :oops: (Dial-up + filler comics = five minutes page loading between story comics; five minutes wait + studying for college finals = no memory of previous comic...)
